Magic Dream Bounce

I loved the Hello Kitty 3D 5 – 1 Combo! My daughters birthday was themed Hello Kitty and these guys were the only ones I could find with the 5 – 1 Hello Kitty Combo bounce house. The only thing I would recommend would be that if you do choose the option to pick up the bounce house and do the set up your self, ask lots of questions! We were unaware that there was a zipper on the very bottom underneath the bonce house that had to be zipped. We spent 45 min trying to get this massive bounce house blown up. Once we figured out the issue all was well!
Another suggestion would be to improve on the customer service skills. I believe that no matter the situation you should try to provide consumers with the best possible service, because the consumer is keeping you in business. That being said I loved the bounce house, the price was great, and we had a wonderful birthday party.
