Legends At Eagle Mountain

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I have no complaints about it. The staff is helpful and friendly. It’s nice and quiet. We have a police officer that lives here too so it is relatively safe considering I walk around the complex daily and see nothing out of the norm.

Just went by Legends to look at an apartment. My wife’s aunt is a locator and highly recommended this complex. However, we were very disappointed after arriving 25 minutes before they closed for the day that the leasing agent refused to show us an apartment because it would’ve forced her to stay past 5 o’clock and her company had a «strict» overtime policy. She asked us to come back on Monday and my wife told her that she works nights and I own a small business and only had a certain timeframe to look around. I told her we had waited already 10 minutes for her to finish with other customers for her to refuse to help us. POOR Customer Service. She should be taught that in sales there is no quitting time. I also told her if we left we would not return. Her response was «Oh I’m so sorry». Me too. We won’t be back. And I was liking the looks of the place. My wife and I are currently looking for a place to call home since we are residing with family for now. Unfortunately it won’t be at Legends. We will also pass this info to my wife’s aunt, the apartment locator.
