I came to this kfc last night for the first time and will definitely not be returning! I got there at 9:35pm and my husband and I wanted to order inside which closes at 10pm, literally as we walk to the door a worker comes and locks it! We went to the drive thru and asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the window said she didn’t know who the manager was. Seriously? You work there and don’t know who your manager is?!? It was ridiculous. I called the store the next day and spoke with a manger who said they’ve been reviewing the tapes and said this has been happening often and they will address the issue of them closing during business hours. Very unprofessional and they are making the store lose money by closing when they are supposed to be open. Ghetto store with ghetto people, so what can you expect?

Came in to order some crispy and grilled chicken and they told us it would take about 20 minutes, which was pretty accurate. Waited inside the lobby and it all seemed nice, clean and in order. Nice and friendly staff too.

Worst KFC ever.
Don’t even bother.
I’ve been here 3 times and each time they have ‘run out’ of different items and don’t want to cook them. Basic chicken. Basic items. Nothing difficult or strange requests. They just can’t be bothered.
And if you do get your order CHECK IT. Every time I have had items missing.
On the last occasion I went here I saw 2 people demand refunds, 1 person walk out and 4 separate people return because items were missing from their orders.
The service is painfully slow. Expect half an hour as a minimum wait time, for both walk in or drive through.
And all this was happening whilst I watched one female staff member in the kitchen texting on her phone.
I would recommend everyone stay clear of this place.
