Love love love their double burger. I have a gluten intolerance so I skip the bun. The sauce they use is amazing. I could totally find many other things to add there sauce too. I think that $ 4 is more than reasonable for the yummy burger I had.

Nothing special about this place… they are not fast, the burgers are tiny, and the line is long.

I’ve been to many around the country. Just moved to the area. First time my order was wrong. Kind of disappointed with the whole meal. I’ll stick to Whataburger for now. Great customer service though.

The customer service is great here. The burgers are always good, but once I went and their fries were not salted at all and both of the ketchup machine were out completely the entire time I was there but otherwise I love In-N-Out

I’m from Cali, and these burgers are definitely better than anything else you can find in Texas.

Favorite fast food restaurant ever. Burgers are perfectly juicy and flavorful. Fries could be a bit better but just ask for animal fries(cheese, thousand island sauce, and grilled onions covering the top of your fries) to make the blandness of the fries non existent. Also ask for burgers with grilled onions(‘animal style’) to make it even more tasty

The only fast food place to go in DFW. This particular store is excellent. Always cheery friendly staff who work fast and efficiently, all with a smile. Dog friendly patio too.

As a California transplant, the only thing In-N-Out needs to be perfect is a special spot up front for California-plated vehicles!!! Seriously — how can you go wrong with In-n-Out?! The food is always fresh and delicious. So happy they’ve come to Texas in full force!

First visit! Great atmosphere, lots of fun! The burgers are tasty and colorful, with buttered and toasted buns and a unique spread. Fries are perfectly cooked and delicious.

I’ve heard so much about In-N-Out and was so excited to try it. The burgers are juicy, cheesy, and super affordable. I also love that you can order your food«protein style» and not have a bun. Service is always friendly and the food is always good. Well, except the fries. The french fries are awful. They have the texture and flavor of card board. Not appetizing. But the BURGERS are great. Not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely delicious.

This place is pretty good, love the food. Animal fries were kinda cold last time I came in though. Also, the drive through employees are a tad snotty. Other than that, great place to get a burger.

When I moved to Texas I was SOOOO glad to learn that they had In&Out Burger’s around. I used to live in California for some time and went once a week. At this location I’ve been to both the drive-thru and inside. There’s plenty of parking. Lot’s of space inside to eat as well, but I usually go through the drive-thru. Takes less than 10 min for what I order even 5pm on a Friday. The wait inside is a bit longer then the drive through(at least if you go during lunch when it’s super busy). Service is always friendly. I usually order the cheese burger with everything and a side of fries. I give it 4 stars only because the fries are sometimes soggy and a few times have been too salty. When I ordered animal style it was also EXTREMELY salty. I’ve tried the fries in Cali and they were not like that. Other than that the burger is usually very delicious, the bun slightly toasted but soft. The meat is always flavorful and the sauce is usually on point. Only thing that needs work are the fries they are inconsistent but other than that amazing :)

The original, cult burger before all the other cult burger places. In-N-Out is the original cult burger place. Fast, Fresh, Big, Robust, Satisfying burger taste. Like all In-N-Out, the burgers are delicious, the fries and fresh cut and fresh fried. The lettuce and veges are crispy fresh. The buns are so soft and fluffy. The menu is simple and makes ordering a fast and easy process. This location is clean, the service is fast, the food is delicious. The folks behind the counter are very enthused about their job. Unlike McD or BK, the employees here are energized and go-go-go. They wanna make the best burger possible and get it to you quick. I love that positive attitude. So good.

This was my first visit to an In-N-Out. I was anxious to see if they lived up to all the hype. Shut the front door, did they ever! They were BIGGER and BETTER! Now, I am a BELIEVER! Animal fries: be prepared for a delicious, messy carb-overload. Pretty sure these are my new guilty pleasure. I soooo don’t want to know the fat/calorie/carb count in these little darlings. Burger: yum-o-licious. Everything was perfect. Fresh. Tasty. Hot. Got the smallest burger & it was still pretty huge. Service: so incredibly nice. So friendly. Top notch. I would go daily except my clothes wouldn’t fit from the animal fries. I seriously don’t get the negative reviews. I couldn’t finish all my food!

I generally prefer Whataburger to In-N-Out, but after living in SoCal for 10 years, we thought it would be nice to give them a visit in one of their newer Fort Worth locations. Unfortunately, this location completely bombed. The biggest strength about In-N-Out is that you know what you’re getting. Their fries are always perfect; their burgers are simple but good. Except when we went to the Hulen location, where their fries were barely edible(3 of the 5 cartons our group ordered barely were touched) and their burgers didn’t have their standard quality(one was way undercooked and had to be replaced) and their Dr Pepper was flat.

Best fast food burger on the block with with the best fast food customer service to back it up. Now remember, fast food though. Don’t go comparing In-n-Out to whatever joint that is not fast food and then go In-n-Out sucks!
