It’s Friday early evening, they have two registers open. Two. And one is being taken up with an issue. I love Hobby Lobby, but I rarely come to this location because it’s always like this. I asked the manager if they only had two registers opened and she replied, «yes». That’s it. Meanwhile, I joined the line with 5 people ahead of me. It wasn’t until the line bogged down more and the poor cashier at the other register with the problem was still struggling, did the manager call another cashier to assist. I would try and go to another location if possible, I’m always disappointed with this one.

I love this Hobby Lobby. It has a great selection of items. All the staff has been helpful and friendly, especially Betty. She knows where everything is.

The manager was rude. When we walked in, he was talking to someone he knew blocking the path. It took three times of saying excuse me before he moved a couple inches. Later when I asked him a question he not only did not care but kept repeating himself that they did not carry what I needed but in a n extremely rude manner. Will not be back. Wish I could give negative stars. Go to Michaels or home goods. Nicer people and cheaper with more selection.

Customer service once again is really horrible. They had these specific party favors I needed. Way over priced but they were 30% off so I bought my 3 packs. I knew I should’ve bought that last one they had left. Get home. Guest list updates and I only needed 1 out of the last pack I left there yesterday after spending well over$ 250.00:/. I call at 7:30 tonight to see if they have that 1 pack left and they did! Asked if they would hold it. No they say. NO! I couldn’t believe it now what? I live over 40 minutes from the store. Talked with Charles the manager he says-no! He’s saying no to hold a $ 3.99 product even less! With 30% off! For a customer that was just there! And I can’t get back before close! But if I call at opening they will hold it all day tomorrow !!! Seriously needing the lil gift so all kids will have the same thing. Customer service here sucks. Totally unfriendly, unaccommodating staff. Even the manager’s bad and condescending. They clearly don’t like their jobs. Example: I visited this place one afternoon with my mom to do some holiday shopping. When she picked up a mini Christmas tree from a shelf, the wooden base of the tree detached itself from the tree and fell onto my mom’s foot. At first, she thought her toe was broken.(It wasn’t). Nevertheless, it hurt. So I went and found an employee a short distance away and asked if they could help. «Excuse me, my mom hurt her foot, do you possibly have some ice we could use?» Employee: «uhhh…no we don’t have anything like that.» She said with wide eyes and stared as if I was an alien. My mom stood up from where she was sitting on the floor and said«Well your product fell on me, is there anything you can do?» The employee still stuttered. She did not offer any kind of help. She didn’t even approach my mom, she remained 7 feet away from her. Around this time, a fellow customer handed my mom a bandaid. Eventually we got the manager out, and he was just as bad as the rest. The worst part was not the fact that they didn’t have ice or a first aid kit, the worst part was their attitudes. What’s sad is that they brand themselves as a Christian based store, and then have worse customer service than Walmart. After shopping here for years and years, I guess this is it. Never again, hobby lobby. Never again.

If only they used the Christian concept to be synonymous with friendly. Le sigh. Staff never offers to help and seem irritated when you ask them where crap is. There’s only two check out lines(max) going at once. My only advice prior to going here is to Google«Hobby Lobby coupon.» You’ll get a 40% off a non-seasonal item coupon. My guess is that prices are inflated due to this coupon and that they’re closed on Sundays.

They charged my 10 $ for a Masters Artist Soap. Upon trying to return it they accused me of trying the return the«5 $ soap for a the 10 $ item» they rung me up for. Despite having a floor manager, art area person and a cashier looking over the receipt they couldn’t fathom that they may have made a mistake. They said the only way they could give me a refund was to go over the video footage of me buying the items. After 15 minutes waiting for a resolution I left and will never return. Michaels is right next door and better organized– perhaps even decent to their customers?
