The worst cell service, customer service and experience I have had in a long time. THANKGODTHEYAREGOINGBANKRUPT, PLEASENOONERESCUEANYOFTHESEKNUCKLEHEADS. Need a phone upgrade of any sort? Be prepared to wait a month for them to get the phone in — they carry nothing in stock. Need to transfer a phone number to them? Impossible, they allow NO transfers even though they claim the contrary. Need to transfer a number to a new carrier? Impossible, they will throw you into a bureaucratic mess and only will transfer to AT&T and then you get to hear the AT&T corporate folks tell you how lousy Hawk/Progressive Concepts is and how they are glad they are going bankrupt.

There needs to be a negative star rating system for this incredibly inept business! Not only is there no professionally trained staff that actually can assist you without calling customer service themselves, they are rude and insensitive. Finally, our last remaining account had run out if it’s contract and you would think it was an act of God to get the account closed and keep the phone number. If Hawk thought this was the way to keep people using their service, they are sadly mistaken! They CanNot Bully people by holding our numbers hostage!!! I have been in their store for over 30 minutes while a young girl types away on the computer with the phone next to her ear supposedly On Hold! So still no help for me… I have asked for a Supervisor and there apparently Is Not One? So now… 45 minutes later… Arika, with an A and K she says, now informs me she does have a supervisor but he’s on vacation. When I ask his name and when he returns, she’s now just thinking he may be at Lunch. And these are the people that are supposedly the front of the house for HAWK? Good Job Hawk! By the way, I have now had to leave to get back the business that has paid our Hawk Electronics bills for over 21years! Where’s the sensitivity training or simple common sense that tells their staff to be kind and helpful to Their Customers! When I told Arika, with an A and K that the owner of the business account had passed and I have been the authorized contact for the account since 1990 that wasn’t enough. She could even see that on the screen, but insisted that the Owner be present. I had to explain 3 times the Owner was my FATHER and DIED2 years ago! Thank you Hawk and especially Arika for your Unfortunate and Ineffective Customer Service!

I called this exact location this morning looking for a splitter for my phone. I want to use a headset & be able to charge at the same time. I explained in detail what I was looking for, since I have gone to & called multiple places with no success. The woman that answered the phone assured me they had exactly what I was looking for, I said great, I’ll be in during my lunch hour. I just returned after being told there were no women working there this morning, I must have called a different AT&T store, I didn’t call AT&T, I called Hawk. No one would ever have told me they sold any such item, I was mistaken. When I got back to my office, where I had the number written down, I called back. I told the«gentleman»(loose interpretation) that customers did not appreciate being lied to. Not so much about the splitter, someone made a mistake saying they had it when they didn’t, it happens, I’ll get over that. But do not stand there & tell me I am completely wrong, I have no clue where I called, there was no woman working in the store… if you don’t sell it, just say I’m sorry she was mistaken, we don’t carry something like that. Jerk… now I know why several people that had contracts with hawk, cancelled them! I won’t go back if they are the last cell phone/electronics place in Texas.
