Set up an appointment with the owner for a quote to install a french drain and a sprinkler system. He seemed very enthusiastic, so we set up a date and time for the following weekend. He never showed or called that day, even after I called to see if there had been a miscommunication. Maybe he does good work, we’ll never know but a no show is not good business. In fact, it’s unprofessional. He also never called back after the voicemail in the following days. Also unprofessional. Arrogant to act as though the customer’s time is unimportant.

Well, we had some communication problems that made getting started difficult, but once we were on the same page the owner and his guys were really nice people and did a very thorough and professional job repairing my sprinkler system. I was very pleased and would use them again.
