I was referred to Dr. Watkins for damaged middle ears secondary to a fall and after several appointments to other specialists to rule out other, life threatening problems. Other than one staff member rudely telling me «[N]o talking!» while my balance was being tested, everyone was super, including Dr. Watkins. This is a very busy office but, the wait isn’t bad, at all. Do use the complimentary valet as the parking garage(they’ve moved to Baylor) is the most poorly designed I’ve ever encountered and much too exciting for someone with dizziness to drive. They’re on the 1st floor – cool.

I will never be back here. As others have said, the front office staff here is extremely rude. I have never come across anyone in a medical office that is this impolite. When I finally went back to see the doctor(Watkins) he was nice, but I felt very rushed. He prescribed me a medicine that cost $ 110WITH insurance without warning me. I requested a different prescription and did not hear back from anyone for a few days, so called back again. The nurse told me that they did not know the costs because of «insurance.» I’m sorry, but I know that doctors know a general number for things they prescribe. I know this because I have been to GOOD doctor’s offices before that inform me beforehand that things will be a little pricey. Total crap. The nurse didn’t even know any alternate ways for treatment, either. Well, forget it, I know how to use Google. Complete waste of a copay and sick time.

Okay I’m officially 3 weeks post op and I’d thought I’d update my review! Dr. Lowry performed my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy and he did a FANTASTIC job! He talked to me right before surgery, explained everything, gave my mother the prescription for my pain meds, and then said I’d be wheeled back in a few minutes. Fast forward to the next day when I was at home and having major issues with the liquid hydrocodone. My mother called his office and he insisted that I take the pain meds because pretty much any narcotic was going to make me nauseated so he called in Zofran for me. That was a LIFESAVER! He gave a ton of great advice and never made me feel stupid for all my dumb questions. My post op appointment was quick and easy. I would gladly return to this office to see Dr. Lowry again!

The doctors at Fort Worth ENT are wonderful when you FINALLY get to see them. Their front office staff are cold, unfriendly, unhelpful, and totally UNconcerned about the patients. I sat in that office for 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time and just walked out — they never cared a bit! They do not have good management skills and they instruct their employees to keep patients away from them… I had impacted wax and my regular doctor thought I had a ruptured ear drum and they STILL refused to see me… it took me approximately 4 months to get an appointment because the office staff wanted to be sure I was sick enough to be granted an appointment. The doctors do NOT care what happens to the patients in the waiting area… they know they are good doctors so if a patient gets pissed, they don’t care because somebody else will take your place. Somebody needs to step up to the plate and train those font office employees and the girls making appointments — they are RUDE, unhelpful, and abusive.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Front office staff is rude and condescending. Dr. Lowry should be ashamed that his staff is so inept, not to mention chasing away potential customers.
