Sam came out in March and three trips later and $ 453.44 later, my LG washer was fixed. He told me that he replaced the drain pump motor (which didn’t fix the problem, so that prompted the next two visits). The main problem here is that 9 months later, the washer had trouble again, but this time I called another company and they advised me that I needed a new drain pump motor. I explained that I just had one put on in March. They took the old one off and showed me that it had a date of 2007, they felt it was the original part (machine was bought in Jan. 2008). I contacted Sam and he said that he had a receipt where he had purchased the drain pump. He also advised me that he was not responsible for the part that his distributor sells, I guess he feels that he can put just any part on the machine and we have to be ok with it. Maybe that is why he only offers a 30 day warranty on his parts. The company I used last time offers a year warranty on parts. I won’t use Fort Worth’s Appliance Repair again and suggest you check everything out before you do.

Sam came out same day, gave me a very fair and honest assessment of my dryer problem. Tech was professional, on time and did a very good job. I do recommend this company for any appliance repairs you need. They also offer 15% off when you check in.
