Sam came out in March and three trips later and $ 453.44 later, my LG washer was fixed. He told me that he replaced the drain pump motor(which didn’t fix the problem, so that prompted the next two visits). The main problem here is that 9 months later, the washer had trouble again, but this time I called another company and they advised me that I needed a new drain pump motor. I explained that I just had one put on in March. They took the old one off and showed me that it had a date of 2007, they felt it was the original part(machine was bought in Jan. 2008). I contacted Sam and he said that he had a receipt where he had purchased the drain pump. He also advised me that he was not responsible for the part that his distributor sells, I guess he feels that he can put just any part on the machine and we have to be ok with it. Maybe that is why he only offers a 30 day warranty on his parts. The company I used last time offers a year warranty on parts. I won’t use Fort Worth’s Appliance Repair again and suggest you check everything out before you do.

Sam came out same day, gave me a very fair and honest assessment of my dryer problem. Tech was professional, on time and did a very good job. I do recommend this company for any appliance repairs you need. They also offer 15% off when you check in.
