I paid for a year in advance last November just to be charged another 35 – 40 bucks for an annual finance fee for ABC Finicial. When I called and said I paid cash for a year, they told me it was an annual processing fee. I was shocked… seeing they aren’t not performing any processing on an already paid in full account.
Very Shady Business Practices. Luckily this was one of three gym I use. I haven’t been back since.
And we do not pull that crap at our personally owned gym.

Talked to a very unfriendly gentleman to acquire membership information as I was looking to join a gym for the next 5 years. He would not tell me anything about the gym without getting all of my personal information. Then he said to call 24 Hour Fitness and hung up. Have fun going out of business!!!

Even during the busy times there is never a wright for the machines. The classroom is, in my opinion to small for the number of people that show up. Did month to month so no contract required. Helpful staff and the class instructors are nice and out going. Child care is only offered at certain times but not big deal since they offer it in the morning starting at 8:30 and in the evenings starting at 4:30 (I believe). Overall it’s a good gym, not a ton of locations but I am fine with that. :-)

I am really enjoying the Wednesday morning, «Ripped» class with Elizabeth, what a great workout! I also love the «Kids Club» daycare, it makes it so easy to workout with kids.

BE WARNED: YOUR CONTRACT IS BINDING & when you want to CANCEL a freaking simple GYM membership, you have to give a 60 day notice (ridiculous!) if you move you have to provide a SIGNED COPY of a lease agreement or some other form of what should be PRIVATE information! (Unheard of!). When you send in all of that via CERTIFIED MAIL = $ 5 guess what? Their SCAMMING financial service (ABC) will request MORE a SECOND time! Why? To accrue more time and monthly payments I’m sure. NOT A FAIR AND BALANCED BUSINESS PRACTICE AT ALL!!!

this is my gym and i love it. i do wish they offered more classes at different times — like lunch time. that would be perfect for me. but that aside — i feel a change in the gym — more geared towards fitness and helping. i always see a trainer now when i go in and they’re super helpful and friendly. i love not having to fight for a machine– no matter when i go in. overall — i love!
