We have had a unit for a year now. The facility is very clean. The staff is wonderful.

Staff was good, but be warned, you will have a LOT of extra fees! Minimum of $ 10 for insurance (mandatory), you have you purchase one of their locks that will be useless outside of this facility for another $ 15, application fee of $ 22. Ugh, needless to say I had no other choice but to get this unit, but I’ll be out after my minimum of 30 days!

We needed a space to store some things while getting our house ready to sell. We were impressed with the appearance of the storage space. Well maintained and clean. Amber explained everything well. She stopped to pick up a piece of trash when we were walking to the golf cart so she could take us to view a model unit. Not a huge thing, but attention to that kind of detail gives an indication of how one feels about their place of business. WAY BETTER than the competitor across the freeway!
