I have over $ 300 in gift cards that I wanted to use. Naturally, I wanted to get the most bang for my buck, so I wanted to book using their ‘last minute’ specials. However, after waiting OVER an hour after their ‘opening time’ for their ‘we are closed right now’ message to be disabled, I was able to confirm that you can NOT use a gift card through their online booking system. To that end, you also can NOT get the special price by calling in to book the ‘last minute’ special over the phone. Terrible. I really liked this place but will not be returning and will encourage my company to no longer purchase gift cards for this particular spa.

I had gotten a birthday gift card for $ 150.00 in 2014. I used most of it for services. I was disappointed in the facial so didn’t go back for awhile. I was ready to try them again and book a facial/​massage package. I asked the girl to check my gC to tell me how much I had left. Was about $ 20.-$ 30. She informed me that the card had expired. I have never heard of someone buying you a gift that the company got the money for and not honoring it. I was about to spend $ 200. + but now will never go back. Do not buy gift cards there.

Had a wonderful experience here. Lady doing my facial knew where the pressure points are. At one point gave me the goosebumps because it was very relaxing and comfortable! Massage was excellent and she told me what she was doing, step by step. Very professional! I would recommend this to everyone! Worth the time and money!

Worst foot/​hand massage ever. Who gives massages with long, sharp fingernails? Also, a massage should be with pressure, not a gentle stroke of a finger (with sharp fingernails)!.

I’ve had a few massages here and one facial. The spa is relaxing, clean and everyone is quite friendly. All therapists have been good but Larysa is amazing! You feel like a new person every time you walk out.

My daughter and I had a awesome spa day. This spa was spectacular! The locker rooms were very clean, customer service was outstanding and the staff was GREAT really friendly and welcoming love it!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful Spa but lacking in customer service. I spent $ 100 for a mani/​pedi with Shellac on the mani last Mon ⁷⁄₁₄. I finished my service about 5p and it was lovely however I had the Shellac lifting on one of my nails that evening! I didn’t have time to go back and get them fixed. By Wed another one lifted, Thurs another. I called European Skincare Institute to let them know I wasn’t happy. Lilly was more concerned about telling me why there could be a problem «that yes, Shellac should stay on 14 days however it depends if you are taking medicine or other factors that could cause it to lift.» OK — I’m not taking medicine and I did what the nail tech told me to do — no lotion for 24 hours. Lily then said what they could do is give me 50% off my next mani? WHY WOULD I WANT TO HAVE ANOTHER SERVICE WHEN I WASNT HAPPY? What happened to make the customer happy by offering to fix my problem?

Worst. Facial. Ever. My appointment was for a «Deluxe Facial» which lasts 70 minutes and includes extractions, the single area of concern I told the esthetician. What I ended up with was a 60 minute «Anti-​Aging Facial» with add on «Intensive Hand Treatment» both done in 60 minutes. There were zero extractions, and I got some lotion rubbed on my hands and arms. When she asked if I wanted the «Intensive Hand Treatment» she didn’t say, by the way you don’t get the following… To sum up the facial, I paid more than I expected and got way less than I expected. I feel scammed.
Pedicure was just okay. Very short calf massage. Presumably it was clean. Pedicure-​ist was very nice and patient with me while I took forever picking a color. High quality enamel (Opi).
Message was just okay. When the masseuse asked my trouble area, I said shoulders so I expected her to concentrate there. Not at all. It was mediocre all over. It was a Saturday afternoon appointment, so I’m guessing she was just tired from a week’s worth of work?

Ok, so I’m sitting in the Euro Skincare Institute parking lot because I wanted to weird this review ASAP. I just had absolutely the best massage of my life! My technician was Skye and she’s aaahhhhmazing! I’ve had a couple of massages here in the past and they were consistently good, but Skye is great. The front desk girls are efficient and professional. Overall a truly lovely experience!

I went to European Skincare Institute for a facial, and had a good experience. It’s a lovely place that is very clean and professional. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. My facial was good in terms of comfort and relaxation. I didn’t feel like it was thorough in terms of cleansing and extractions, but my skin looked good in the following days so it must have been. My only critique is that the esthetician didn’t ask any questions about my skin based on my pre-​service survey, and didn’t make any comments on my specific skin type or condition. Maybe she adapted my treatment based on my skin needs, but I don’t know.
My skin did look good afterward, and it was a comfortable experience, so I will likely be back.

European Skincare is my favorite spa in Fort Worth. The staff is friendly, and they give the best facials and massages. I’ve tried several other spas that have opened in FW, but I always came back. I recommend their deluxe facial – absolutely worth the slightly higher price. I’ve also had a mini peel added to a facial, worked wonders!
The prices are typical for any local spa, but European has a friendly non-​haughty staff who give excellent customer service.

Always very professional and clean. I’ve gotten a couple of facials, eyebrow waxes and mani-​pedis; they have all been great. Especially the eyebrow waxes! Prices are pretty typical of a spa but here you’ll definitely think it’s worth it. The ambiance is very comfortable when you walk in and the staff is very friendly. For me it’s about the total experience from walk-​in to walk-​out, and at the European Skincare Institute you definitely get that.

I have going here for years for massages (Tammy is awesome!) Had the Hot Stone massage last week for the first time… just the thing to warm me up. The place is clean, quite and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Schedule your appointment for late afternoon, get there a little early and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine — red, white or blush. They offer a full menu of massages, facials, skin treatments, etc. Schedule an appointment with Tammy and tell her Julie sent you!

Excellent, professional service from the front desk to the technician. I went for Laser Hair removal and highly recommend it. I will continue using this spa. They offer many services and respect your privacy. They also have discounts available on many of their services.

Just had a back facial done yesterday after work, and I’d have to say this place is one of my favorite! Great ambiance and the environment reminded me of the spa at Nordstrom. It’s so hard to find a spa that’s open later than 5pm since that’s when I get off from work, but this place actually opens till 7pm on tues. and thurs. and till 6pm on the rest of the week days (they close on sunday).
The lady that did the facial for me was extremely nice, and very professional indeed! She had answers to all of my skin problems and was very informative. I could ditch my regular dermatologist for her!
Bottom line, great place! great service! could be somewhat pricey, but they have many european spa services that are hard to locate in the area.
