Never again…
Nice décor and was what I thought would be a very pleasant atmosphere… My daughters and I were there for the first time and requested a price list and asked a few questions. The manager behind the desk was extremely short as if we were a bother to her. We made it through her rudeness and were taken back for our pedicures and my daughter’s manicure. Something kept occurring with my tub, so the water «splashed» instead of «bubbled», which the technician attempted to address about three times. Then, during my pedi, I was asked if I wanted dead skin scraped, and if so it would be an additional $ 5. I questioned it as I’ve never experienced an up charge for that before. She suggested I speak with the manager (which I did) as I was honestly thinking I was misunderstanding due to the language barrier. The manager stated it was in fact $ 5 more and I mentioned to her (as I had to the technician) that I have never paid an additional fee for that service. Her response made reference to Dillard’s vs. Walmart as a comparison between their establishment and others. She then went on to ask very firmly, «So, do you want to continue or not?» I told her my daughters were in the middle of theirs so I would continue… After my toenails were polished, my technician «disappeared» and never returned. On top of all of that, there is nothing about my pedicure that looks «professional». It looks like a «home job» that I paid $ 30 for. I was so disappointed as my daughters and I had this perfect spa and dinner evening planned (in celebration of my late mom’s birthday) and mine was ruined.
I will stick with the place I’ve used since moving to Ft. Worth. It’s not as fancy, but I’ve never been disappointed with my services or with the customer service.

This place is just amazing. Everyone is so nice and skillful. This is actually the first time I am here as I am in the area to visit a friend. They go out of their way to satisfy their customer. Clean and organized. They have a great collection of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. I love how the lady who took care of me today spent extra time to massage my feet and she was very careful and attentive. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

Very nice, glamorous and chic décor! Everyone was nice and my nails are beautiful. Stopped by here after leaving Venetian Nails because they were super packed. Ladies this place is just as good if not better with NO wait time! Only opened 4 months. (Nice Margarita and wine bar too)

Pricy, but visited with w 25% off coupon which I appreciated. Nice facility. Very clean inside. Didn’t pressure me to add services but charged me extra where I’m not sure it was deserved. Friendly staff. So many chairs!

This nail salon is awesome. Their service deserves five stars. The nail salon was supper clean. Everything was well organized and they did clean up everything after every customer. They also impressed me with their huge collection of polish and gel colors. The owner and staffs were so nice to me. Last time I didn’t make an appointment but I didn’t have to wait at all. Thumb up for this place.
