Dreamy Life Records is a wonderful little shop that all the cool kids know about! ;) The store has a great selection of old and new music ranging from folk to rap. My boyfriend and I have purchased a few records from the knowledge and helpful owners. The quality of our purchases has been great — which is a pretty important factor in buying a record! Prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of the bigger stores too.
Major bonus is the location. Fairmount is my neighborhood so maybe I’m a little bias, but there is so much to do. Plus, the store it’s self is in the cutest little library that ever did live. So come to my hood, pick out your next favorite soundtrack, and check out a book while you’re there! If you’re lucky you might even stubble in when the shop/​library is hosting one of their infamous movie nights!
