I have been using Discount Tire for years, in several different cities! I must say at each location, every time I come here I get top notch service! Great customer service must be a company standard for Discount Tire. The prices are always really great too. I am happy to be a Discount Tire customer. It is nice to know that wherever you are, and there is a Discount Tire there, you will get the same great service with quality and value!

Be sure to bring a spare key.
These morons locked my keys inside my vehicle while it was running and then spent an hour trying to figure out how to open the door, bending and scratching the door frame before they finally called a locksmith.
I had to add on.
They took 2 hours to finally get a locksmith on site. When he finally opened it and I could leave the 2 BRAND NEW front tires weren’t even inflated all the way.
Going to go to hams tires from now on.

I’ve always had a slight fear of taking my car to the shop, but that is not the case when I go to discount tire. Dustin and his team have always taken care of me, and I really appreciate how honest they are. I have also been to the DT in Grand Prairie, and that was also a great location. I have yet to be disappointed with this company.

My wife brought the Lexus in and the guy quoted her $ 125 more or less to fix a wheel problem. They said it would be ready Wednesday. And guess what the tire was ready on Wednesday and it cost $ 125. Great job Casey!

Second bad experience in three months. Said they would fix my flat in 45 min but two hours later they were trying to sell me a tire because they couldn’t fix my flat. Instead I said put spare on and I took the tire elsewhere. They fixed it in 15 minutes. Discount Tire was just being lazy not wanting to patch a nail hole and wanted to sell a tire. Terrible untrustworthy customer service. Watch out, they will con you!!!

Yes, you can get less expensive tires elsewhere, but you will pay for it with poor service after the sale. With free rotation and balancing and free flat repairs plus $ 19.00 free replacement certificates, there is nowhere else to buy tires. I have purchased tires from this company in five states and never had a bad experience.

I have been to a couple of their locations and this one is just as good service as I have become accustomed to. I spent $ 2800 on tires and wheels from their Lake Worth store and with that purchase you expect great service and with Discount tire you will get it.

This place is awesome. They have complimentary water for you in a mini-​fridge, which you can just grab and guzzle in the heat. The salesman gave us a free tire repair (there were two nails) and a free tire rotation. They are the sister company of America’s Tire Company, in the West Coast.

Went in to have tires rotated and balanced. Asked if they were matching NTB special buy 2 tires and get 2, salesman said they will beat totally buy price. Very reliable service with free coffee and water.
