This is a rip off! They make it sound so good with the travel savings, but there really are no savings!

I have been a Direct Buy member for 6 years and continue to be impressed with the quality of products and excellent customer service. Working with a design professional like Penny has made my remodeling project go very smoothly. Penny took the time to understand my project and budget while providing an outstanding design. The amount of time and money I have saved through Direct Buy has been well worth the investment. I wouldn’t think of tackling another home improvement project without Penny and Direct Buy.

Skeptical, my husband I took a tour of the Fort Worth DirectBuy because we’d just purchased a 1970’s home (think peach walls, pink counter-​tops, gold fixtures, carpet in the bathroom, and seriously horrible wallpaper everywhere) and we needed to basically take it down to the studs and start over. We are fiscally conservative (cheap) and needed to find cost savings wherever we could, without sacrificing quality. This was going to be our dream home after all.
We purchased our membership with Direct Buy again with a high degree of skepticism on being able to recoup the upfront membership fee completely with just our remodel, and thought of it as more of a long term investment. This is what we convinced ourselves any way. Skip forward a year, and we’ve completed the remodel of our kitchen, family room, floors throughout the home, windows, window treatments, doors, handles, knobs, pulls, appliances, lighting, furniture, etc. We still have our bathrooms, office and laundry room to go, but WE’VE ALREADY MORE THAN PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEE with the cost savings we’ve realized. You wouldn’t believe the mark up on retail! We have a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and finishes, for the price of a standard kitchen. It’s just amazing what we’ve been able to do.
We couldn’t have done it without the help of the entire team at the Fort Worth location. I researched every item I purchased to make sure we were getting the best price and value. This meant that I had (and continue to have) a ton of questions with each purchase. Sometimes I would just stop in to get inspiration and ideas. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a special shout out to Penny Brown. She is so patient with us, and so incredibly knowledgeable on the manufacturers, products, and process. She has held my hand through purchases and returns. I feel as though she always has my best interest at heart.
I know you may be reading this review because you are skeptical too. I tell you… don’t be. It’s worth every Penny, no pun intended. It’s the real deal.

DirectBuy of Fort Worth has been a fantastic place to work with. Great staff and amazing prices. I have saved so much money on my home remodel that I have been able to do more than I expected. IF you haven’t looked into this club yet you really should check it out.

We have replaced all of our carpeting with wood floors, and our master bathroom floor and shower with tile purchased through Direct Buy. Each time Penny guided us through the process of selecting and ordering all of our products. We are very pleased with the service, the savings, and with the quality of our new floors and shower! Over the past few years we’ve purchased so many things through Direct Buy, each time saving significant money over retailers. There are so many options! We wanted to extend hardwood flooring in our home to match flooring that was put in by a previous homeowner. The staff at Direct Buy was able to match our existing flooring exactly and now we have beautiful flowing floors throughout our home. We’ve purchased furniture, kitchen appliances, a stereo speaker system, luggage, dishes, flatware, cookware and windows. When we got married, we purchased gorgeous custom wedding invitations. Again, the staff were great, working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Direct Buy!
