Was not even acknowledged once by a single associate. I looked at jewelry for almost 30 minutes, found something I loved, but was still ignored as I tried to flag someone down. I gave up and went to the store at Hulen instead where I was immediately helped by an associate in jewelry even though they were twice as busy. If you absolutely have to go to Dillard’s, go to that one instead, where they don’t hate their job quite as much as the ones at Ridgmar do.

I never ever thought in my life that there would be the worst Dillard’s in DFW. I was off to go see a friend at the hospital, I was thinking of buying something for her, I didn’t have the time to drive all the way to Hurst or Dallas because of conflicting schedules. As I entered through some unknown mall, I went through the mall to see something I wanted for my friend at Dillard’s. I found the item I wanted, but there was only a large size available, so like ANYONE would do would just go ask the employee there for an additional size. When I asked her, she went to go check and I waited in the same location for the next 30 minutes and she never came back. I WASPISSED. I looked everywhere for her and never found her. Also the store is the first ugliest and messiest I’ve ever been to. I do not ever want to come back to this area, I would rather give the Dillard’s at Arlington or Dallas.

I went in for a simple pair of black closed-toe shoes, but they had so few to choose from. Okay, so maybe what I’m looking for isn’t «simple», but most department stores carry decent leather shoes. This whole mall is severely under-stocked and under-shopped. I’m surprised it’s still viable at all. The sales associates at Dillard’s were very nice, though.
