Long wait time due to constant understaffing. Compensation could be better but where else are you going to be paid to watch TV.

My husband and I walked in, and we had no idea where to go. There were no signs stating what to do or where to go. There were not any associates up front. No one asked if they could help us. We went at 8am in the morning, so I know they weren’t busy.

Terrible customer service, disorganized, poor response times and very small amounts of compensation. I would never recommended this Csl plasma. I would go to telacris plasma in lake worth. Way better service and compensation.
