Second visit here and both have been a great experience –especially considering the pain I was in. Great staff. Quick work and ahhh relief! Highly recommend.

Eventhough I am only here when I am sick. They are the greatest and most professional staff. The Doctors are so patient and will sit and discuss whats happening. And answer all your questions. I have never felt rushed and they are very timely.

After waiting at a full hospital ER for over an hour with no one ahead of us called, we decided to give this place a try. My fiancé had cut his thumb open badly. I hadn’t been to a standalone ER before, so we were a little nervous about it. We were greated instantly. Billing was explained up front as we checked-in(she actually explained it in a manner that addressed the one-star review below, which was re-assuring for us because we have high deductible insurance). We got in within minutes. Everyone was very nice, including Dr. Roberts and the nurses. They didnt over complicate items and were knowledgable. The value for what we were charged was outstanding. We were so glad we made the decision to try it.

I have no complaints about the services received at the Chisholm Trail location of Complete Care; however, I have enormous concerns about their business ethics and how much these guys bill for their services. My wife visited this location on 7÷21÷15 with what she thought were ant bites on her toes. She was advised before being seen by the doctor that our high deductible insurance plan would not cover any of the charges, so if she wanted to be seen it would cost $ 319.00. Since we were leaving for vacation in 2 days, she decided to go ahead and pay this amount. She was told this was the full cost. She was not told that our insurance would be billed additional amounts. A doctor saw her for all of 5 minutes. He advised her that she was suffering from chiggers, not ant bites. She was administered a steroid injection and received 2 prescriptions. The doctor never even touched her. Today, 8÷21÷15, we received in the mail 2 Explanations of Benefits(EOBs) related to this visit. To our amazement, Complete Care billed our insurance $ 2,050.00 and the doctor billed $ 850.00, for a total of $ 2,900.00. This was in addition to the $ 319.00 we paid; which was supposed to be the full charge. In their bills to our insurance they completely omitted the fact that we had already paid them the $ 319.00. Folks, this is what is wrong with the healthcare system in the USA. Most people pay no attention to these EOBs since they typically bear no relation to what the individual is paying. In essence most people do not realize what healthcare providers are billing and what insurance companies are paying. Charges for this sort of simple, uncomplicated visit of nearly $ 3,000.00 are, in my opinion criminal, and someone should be required to account for this sort of outright fraud. It is this sort of outrageous billing for simple healthcare services that is driving the high costs of healthcare and health insurance in the USA — and every one of us is paying the price whether we realize it or not. I am sending this directly one of our Texas members of Congress, Dr. Michael Burgess, posting it on Google reviews and Facebook, and emailing my friends. I hope that everyone that receives this message will pass it on to their friends and urge them to NEVER utilize the services of a Complete Care facility. And, more importantly, that they pay attention to what their healthcare providers are charging for their services, not just the amount of their co-pay.

This place is very friendly and not crowded! I have blue shield and for this visit is $ 50 when usually it is $ 100.

Be ready to be charged a minimum of $ 149 and if they have to write a RX it’s an additional charge. Up to $ 500. I don’t like the fact of being told the writing of a script is an additional charge. Seriously? This is an ER visit towards you insurance not a Dr office visit. Go to Trinity Med Express! They work with you on a cash price and don’t charge you for a prescription their prices are reasonable they are just down the road from this place.
