CiCi’s Pizza

I came to this location when they first opened. It was fantastic. It was packed but we still found seats quickly. The pizza was consistent and the salad bar was full of different things. The soda machine was off the rails though, making everything taste bad so I stick with iced tea. Overall it was fine.
However yesterday I went back. Boy was I disappointed. The salad bar didn’t have much. It was just pickles and olives. The pizza had been under those heat lamps a while. They never refilled the pasta sauces even after asking them to do so. The floor in the kitchen was noticeably dirty and there 4 – 5 staff members just standing there talking about the weekend. The soda machine was fine this time at least. I don’t even eat the brownies but I went to grab some for my nephew and they looked awful. Whatever wasn’t crumbled into tiny pieces was flat and sad.
I was pretty upset with this visit because I thought this would stay better than the one on 8^th avenue. Unfortunately I was wrong. I hope this place gets better one day, I’d love to come back and change this review.

Don’t come here! The worst Cici’s ever. Small location so it fills up quickly and the selection of pizza is extremely small, and the management is very poor. This is no exaggeration. Their are far more better locations then this one

Like most buffets, subpar food for a cheap price. This cici’s is not as big so it doesn’t have as much pizza or as much games for the kiddos… which is the only reason I’d go to cici’s anyway
The son still liked it. He eats more when he gets to serve himself, I don’t understand it. Lol

Btand new cici that open with a new décor. Food is consistent with others in the franchise.
