DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Antique Stove Restoration also does business as Appliance Repairs — Dallas, and I found them with a google search.
The owner, Rick, and his employee, Ramone, were quick to answer the phone and schedule a service appointment for my Samsung Refrigerator.
After charging me $ 500.00 to fix a circulating fan that was noisy, the sound came back the very next day.
I’ve been trying to get them back out to correct the repair for a full 6 WEEKS, and have gotten one excuse after another from these guys. They’re busy, they forgot, it took several weeks for the part to come in, etc. Truly a bad experience, and it never was remedied.
Rick FINALLY sent me a text (impossible to reach these guys by phone) to let me know the part was ready, only to never show up and not call. Again, this is a full 6 weeks after they originally took my $ 500 for the repair.
