AMAZING! I have been a regular client of Jessica Clare for several months and she had recommended the 30 min Shirodhara Scalp massage several times but I did not take her up in it until my birthday. What a gift to myself! This was honestly the most relaxing, stress relieving spa treatment I have ever experienced. This will become a monthly release for me, my neck and shoulders have never felt so relaxed. JC knows what she is doing and very talented doing it! Word of caution — your face and scalp will need a long shower to remove the oil used in this massage, so don’t make plans right after!

The first time I went to Tranquil Touch Spa I loved it!!! It was so relaxing and my massage therapist did an amazing job. I did ask for hot stones when I booked my appointment, which they forgot about, but I wasn’t very upset because everything was great! Yesterday was a different story. Long story short… I left very disappointed and most likely won’t go back.

This is by far one the best spa experiences Ive ever had. My body was full of knots from head to toe so I desperately needed a massage. Thank goodness I picked this place. It was above and beyond my expectations from the minute I walked in to the second I left. Jessica was my massage therapist and she was amazing!!! Very very recommended

From the moment I walked in I felt more relaxed. The waiting area was comfortable and warm. They offered me water or tea and I had tea. The tea was steaming hot and perfectly sweet. The masseuse, Jessica, was professional and very strong! The bed was very comfortable and I especially enjoyed the use of essential oils. She really worked all the knots out of my back and shoulders. I was so relaxed afterwards that I could barely drive home! Fortunately I live close. All in all a wonderful experience!

Tranquil Touch Spa is relaxing and everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They carry Aveda products which is amazing for your body, skin, and nails. Highly recommended this spa.

The staff was very professional. As far a service: I am 31 weeks pregnant. My fiancé decided to take me to get a massage. He paid for the couples massage which was 140.00. It wasn’t too bad just thought we should have received a little more. As far as the experience: we both said it wasn’t that wonderful. Would I return or recommend a friend? Probably not. This is just my opinion!

I didn’t know what to expect since I’m not from the area and just found this spa online, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had a few hours to kill, so I booked the Relaxation Package that included 60 minutes each of foot treatment (with reflexology), hot stone massage, and facial.
The building is a quaint little place and the staff was very friendly upon arrival. The foot treatment was first, which was done in the same room as they do mani/​pedis. I was glad I was the only one in there at the time, it was relaxing but could have been loud with more people in there. The chairs weren’t the most comfortable — they were just those back yard recliners, but they weren’t terrible. The reflexology foot massage from Natalie was the best I have ever had!
Next up was the hot stone massage, also with Natalie. She is a very skilled therapist and addressed my areas of concern. The room was a little noisy. Not their fault, but there were barking dogs just on the other side of the wall during the whole massage. Natalie turned on a little space heater, which did help mask the exterior noise. Finally, was the facial, done by Brittany. It was a great facial with a cleanse, steam, mask, and facial massage (which was amazing!).
I felt so good when it was all done and my skin looked and felt great too! This was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back when I’m back in town!

I scheduled a 1-​Hour long deep tissue couples massage with the Tranquil Touch Spa. I went into the situation not knowing what to expect (being my first time in a spa). I have to say that this is by far one of the best gifts I have ever given myself. The staff was extremely friendly from beginning to finish, the treatment felt absolutely amazing & they made me feel super comfortable.
I own & operate my own business where I am picking up 1000’s of lbs worth of weight in a day, all the muscle fatigue just melted away. The massage therapist tweeked the session to work on my trouble areas & made me feel like I can go back to work fresh as can be.

I have a great experience every time I am here. The massages are affordable, the staff is kind. I got a 60 minute massage, and have had concerns with TMJ pain in my jaw. My massage therapist was very attentive to the issue, asked questions, and paid close attention to the area. The only downside was that I could tell that my massage therapist wasn’t feeling well. She still gave a great massage, but it is slightly distracting when someone has the sniffles! Otherwise, It was helpful, and I WILL go back next time I am in town!

Great first experience! Although I don’t believe my massage was a full hour — arrived at 12:10 for my 12:15 appointment because I had some first time paper work to fill out. By the time I was taken to back room and massage started it was 12:25. I had originally asked for 90 minute but changed my mind for 60 minute. Massage ended at 1:15. Guess you pay from the appointment time versus the actual length of massage.
The masseuse was very nice and professional. Suggested a couple of massage options for next visit.

Amazing experience!!! Hayley gives absolutely fantastic facials. Be sure to get the hot stones to take your massage to the next level. Huge fan, definitely recommend!

Such great people working there! I got a very personal wax and she was the best I have ever had. Took her time and very detailed. They can be a little pricey but we’ll worth it!

Amazing from start to finish! I came in for a massage hoping to ease both stress and pain. Natalie did a great job, the staff was very professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a 60 minute facial with a hand and foot massage and the 30 min ionic cleanse with Lisa. she was great. The woman that greeted me at the front desk was friendly and helpful and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my appointment. (I was early, Lisa was not late). Not one complaint. Would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place. It is close to my old house and the prices are decent. I always bought gift cards when they were on special to use use for myself. My favorite was Natalie. She uses the right pressure and never hurts me. I like massages to be not too light or not too deep and she is fantastic. The building like someone did say doesn’t look like a spa place, but the inside is very calming and relaxing. I also love their avenda products and I took advantage of their buy 2 get one free deal when I use to go there. The only complaint I have is when I went there to get a facial the lady breathed very heavily and it was hard to relax. This was maybe 3 years ago so I am not sure if she is still there.

I had a mommy massage from Rebecca and it was amazing! I have never had a massage therapist be so attentive to my needs, and ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. It was an excellent massage, and I was able to just close my eyes and be completely relaxed. The room was perfect and I was treated well by everyone at the spa. Thank you Tranquil Touch for giving this mommy a peaceful, relaxing, and calm hour… it was just what I needed! Also, thank you for working me in last minute!

Brittany is the best in Fort Wayne for waxing! She is fast, thorough, and professional. I am thrilled to have found her after trying 6 other places (including other Aveda salons). Highly recommend her!

I had a really nice back facial with Brittany E. She was very professional. The experience was very relaxing but most importantly my back was super clean and exfoliated when she was done. I would definitely recommend Tranquility Touch Spa and Brittany.
