3RRC has the best staff and they definitely know running. I have been going to them for the past 5 years to get my shoes. They even know how to find you a shoe that is best for you if you wear orthotics. Service is fantastic and exchanges are easy if you happen to not like a show choice once you’ve spent some time in it. I’m extremely picky about the fit of my shoes. They will work with you until you find the perfect fit for you. They carry a range of widths and brands, so you will definitely find what works for you. I highly recommend them for all your running(or walking) needs.

I’m a fairly novice runner yet had such an incredible and encouraging experience with TTRC(and Casey specifically) that i wanted to share a review. I went in for new shoes and was able to be measured and fitted for a great fit. I’m pretty picky in regards to comfort but Casey was great getting different sizes and styles for me to try. He also made a specific effort to learn about me as a runner and my personal goals which was awesome. I landed on a pair of Brooks and was happy w my purchase. Went home and in the next week, over three runs, noticed some tightness in toe box that wasn’t working for me. Went back to see if an exchange was possible and the crew there swapped me out with another model. They definitely are concerned with getting the right shoes on their customers. Add to this type of A+ service a huge inventory and selection of gear, nutrition, and even teaming and race info and this is your best stop for all things running here in the Fort!

You are going to pay a little more for running shoes here, but what you get will be the correct thing for you. There are less choices here than at Dick’s, but that is not a bad thing. These are shoes for RUNNING(or walking), and they don’t have the crap that the other big box stores carry. Go in during the weekday(if you can) because they are super busy on the weekends. Take some time and do a foot analysis with one of the staff, listen to their suggestions, and try on a few pairs. Your feet will love you if you do.(and your ankles, knees & hips!)
