T T Nails

Horrible service! I will not be back and do not suggest wasting your money here. We had four reservations for pedicures, three of the four wanted manicures as well. We were seated immediately and two were tended to right away while the third waited approximately 15 minutes and the fourth waited an HOUR! The third wasn’t given the same service as the others, even when she pointed out her calloused heals and the fact the «cheese grater» wasn’t used. She was quite rudely told that it WAS used and that no one complains!?! The fourth chose not to have the manicure due to the time delay. Pathetic service for paying customers who made a reservation.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The location is close to where I live and the outside of the building looks very nice and pretty. I walked into TT nails wanting acrylic French tips and I clearly stated that when I walked in and the man who was going to do my nails brought me back to his area to get me started and starting doing a French mani. I repeated to him nicely that I wanted acrylic French tips and he was rude and eventually started using the F work and tossing things around, putting nail polishes away angrily– asking why I don’t mention it to begin with when I did. The staff was rude and two of my nails were crooked after being glued on and acrylic was placed over. He didn’t even ask me if they were okay, did what he wanted and charged me $ 30 in the end for very bad service. I should have walked away but being as though I went with friends we all ended up getting our nails done and having an awful experience. I definitely will not be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even a stranger! I also feel the building isn’t ventilated well and the smell of acrylic and nail polish was extremely strong. I ended up walking out of there was a major headache.

Don’t waste your time! The staff was rude and it is poorly run. Plus you will get high off of the overwhelming acetone smell from lack of ventilation! I get my nails done with gel polish every two weeks. I couldn’t get into my regular place so wanted to give this TT Nails on Coldwater a try. What a mistake! I’d rather have chipped nails than ever spend a cent at this place. I will never stray from my regular spot again!

Wonderful friendly staff. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed through. Staff took their time. Clean environment. The massage chairs were great, I felt like I got my money’s worth.

Always love coming here, very friendly atmosphere. The salon is clean and professional. You can get a great Vietnamese coffee, food and smoothies next door!

I use to live this place. It seems to hand gone down hill less than a week ago got a Schlick (sp), it is suppose to last for 3 plus weeks already chipping and peeling. My rep made me feel like he could care less if I was here or not. Moving forward I will not be back sorry guys the owners are great it is the new staff not do much.

I’m done. I’ve been coming here for two years and lately the service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there for three hours today for pink and whites and a pedicure — with appointments. When I got there they asked what I wanted and I told them a pedi and I had an appt. I had to wait 25 mins because they didn’t have anyone available. Then Johnny did my pink and whites and took forever. My daughter was taken on time and had Tina and was done in and hour and a half. I was there for THREE HOURS! Why make an appointment?

I really liked this place. Had a pedicure & gelish done. Both looked fantastic when finished but the best surprise was the bill which was significantly lower than anyone else is town. Plus the gelish stayed looking good through cleaning, hospital alcohol scrubs, planting flowers, you name it. Still looked perfect 2 weeks later. I’ll be coming here for my nail needs… oh great now everyone knows my little secret!

$ 29.99 for a mani/​pedi. Included a spa rub, amazing spa chair, and hot towel.
Environment clean & comfy. Not a lot of variety on summer colors. Plenty of «old lady» colors.
Everything was AMAZING with the pedicure. So why only 2 stars???
The manicure was terrible. To be fair, my nails were in bad shape – there wasn’t a lot of length, some were split, etc. So I asked her to even them out and clean them up a bit so they would be more presentable.
When she filed them, she filed them crooked. I asked her to make them more even and she actually accused my nails of being «uneven.» WTF. (This wasn’t my first mani/​pedi, lady.) She tried to even them out and they were STILL crooked. Like seriously bad – worse than when i came in. Like vampire nails! hahaha So I had to FILE THEM MYSELF. What part of «filing and shaping» didn’t she get? Isn’t that the whole purpose of a manicure — to make your nails look BETTER? I have never in my life been accused of a bad manicure because my nails «are uneven.» They weren’t crooked when I came in! I did the best job I could filing them, but I was a bit perturbed that I’d already paid cash with a tip. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the file job she did – I’m not making this up. Even my husband, who is not manicure-​savvy, could see how bad this manicure was compared to others I’ve had.
I shouldn’t have to file my own nails after paying $ 30 plus $ 5 tip for someone else to do it.
So thoroughly disappointed on the most basic requirement of the job.
