What a hidden gem! I was a little apprehensive when I walked in as only two other tables we occupied. I was greeted promptly and kindly. The menu was clean, as was the table. I ordered the special maki roll the White dragon: Fairly western with a bit too much cream cheese, but the flavors were good and the product fresh. Then came the mixed meats Phở: An amazing broth laden with sweet spices, onion, noodles, and beef(raw slices, tendon, tripe, and meatballs). It had bean sprouts, sliced hot peppers, and mixed herds on the side. This was an amazing dish! The waitstaff was kind and responsive, they«hovered» a bit but I think this was just because of the slow night. This was a great dining experience and I will be back! Thanks Phở-Shi!

This place had been on my list for some time to check out. Atmosphere: quaint, casual, Asian café-esque. Service: Nothing special. Food: We ordered chicken egg rolls which have quickly taken my top ranking for the Best Egg Rolls in town(yes, better than Saigon’s). They are small, finger sized and they taste like a chicken wing and an egg roll had a baby. Paired with the red chili sauce, OMG I’m salivating just reminiscing about them! [$ 5.99] I ordered the chicken pad Thai which I tasted and promptly sent back to the kitchen. The pad Thai sauce had a bizarre taste. Only word to describe it was similar to burnt or a dark taste. And it wasn’t «saucy». [$ 7.99] My guest ordered Thai shrimp fried rice which was very good. I mean despite the lack of shrimp(she got 5 and they weren’t de-veined). It was well seasoned and full of veggies like cabbage, broccoli and onions. We ordered it mild but you could still taste the spice and we were very pleased. [7.99] Also tried the chicken wings. One word: Meh. [5.99] Would I return? Yes. The egg rolls and rice would definitely make it with the trip.

Went to phở Shi today, I had the white Dragon which is one of their sushi platers, and I also had the sampler which had the shrimp, crab Rangoon, and something else which I was really impressed with I think it might have been crab wrapped in pepper. The crab Rangoon was spectacular, better than most places in town in size and taste. My food came quickly since I was the only one in at the time, food quality was very good, taste was also good and a nice place to have lunch. Had the ginger tea which was also delicious was disappointed that there were no refills for it as it says on the menu.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Quality phở, but had to send it back to be heated up more. Spring rolls were fresh.

I haven’t had phở in years so i was SUPER excited when I saw this place open, and so close to my house too! Love the menu, the food and the most amazing sweet ginger tea! Definitely one of my favorite places in town now!

I have to hold back from 5 stars due to the cold cabernet with lip stick stains around the stem wear. We started with the dragon roll. It was perfect. The eel was subtle and the sauce was definitely there to discourage my Wasabi and soy sauce mixture. The tempura managed to keep its crunch till the last bite. The hubby ordered the Phở noodle and kicked its spice up 3 notches. Really a delicious soup. Add EVERYTHING! We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, 2 stars was plenty of heat for me. Any hotter and you lose the chance to appreciate the peanut sauce and delicate noodles. On a lark, due to our arguing on our first date over the anchovies on the ceasar salads, we ordered the anchovy fried rice. It did not disappoint. The combination of crispy fish, cabbage, carrots and perfect amount of oil tossed in the rice was a hit! We ordered this 1 star and I stand by that decision. Will return for certain! Please visit as they deserve a following~

Enjoyed Phở-Shi tonight for dinner. Walked in and it was empty. I was scared at first but then quickly remembered what day of the week it was & most people are still nursing off those case of Monday’s. Décor was pleasant. Nothing too fancy. We were surprised with a sample roll upon sitting down– score! Free appetizer. That’s what I’m talking about. It was a new roll they were trying out with crunchy onions. Was very good but fell apart easily. We started off with edamame. It’s not anything special– but then again it’s salted edamame. It’s virtually the same everywhere. Being an Asian fusion restaurant they offered Thai, sushi, and Vietnamese from what I saw on the menu. I ordered the pad Thai — 3+ on the hotness level from 1 – 4. I still needed to add extra hot chili sauce. The flavors were great. I thoroughly enjoyed the dish with chicken for $ 10.99. I’m usually skeptical about the size of dishes I order and can say I was pleased. Plenty and had leftovers. My two friends sampled some sushi rolls that were excellent. Tasted as fresh as you can get for the Midwest. NOTE: seems they play Today’s Hits or something similar on pandora. We dined to Drake’s «Hotline Bling» and other various hip hop selections. I didn’t mind but I’m sure the older couple in their 50s did.

Delicious! Ordered the Alaskan Roll which was really awesome. Had the Phad Thai and that was good. We also wanted veggie phở(with meat broth), and they were very accommodating to please our needs — Phở was very tasty. Food came out very fast. Would definitely come back!

Out of half the menu. Sushi was of very low quality and freshness. Phở was mediocre Very nice staff but they need some work

Came here with my bf because we wanted to try some new restaurants in Fort Wayne. The menu has variety of selections — Thai food to sushi to vietnamese noodle soup(Phở). For appetizer, we decided to get some eggrolls. It was not the typical eggrolls. so small and tasted plain. Being Vietnamese and knowing how eggroll tastes, that was NOT legit eggrolls lol. I definitely would not recommend that. For entrees, I decided to get the chicken pad Thai(medium spicy) and I thought it tasted good. I wouldn’t say it’s the best pad Thai I’ve had but its decent. The spiciness wasn’t spicy at all. I might recommend this place to my friends if I come back and try their other foods. But other than that, it’s a typical Asian restaurant. I might give it another chance if I’m in the area.

I tried some sushi takeout a few days ago. I’ve been told that this restaurant is owned and managed by the same people who supply sushi in local Kroger stores. I think that’s a good sign. I ordered two rolls and was satisfied. The order was ready when I arrived. My only complaint is that they lacked a selection of lunch(sushi) combinations offered by other restaurants. They aren’t competitive on price, but that’s just one consideration. The sushi was fresh and well prepared. I hope to return for a dine-in meal soon.

This is just what I’ve been waiting for. Well prepared Asian good on the southwest side of Fort Wayne. Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, they have it all and do it well. I had the pad Thai on my first visit, ordered it medium and it was delicious and not too spicy, maybe more toward mild. Also had the chicken egg rollls. They are a thin roll, but hot, crispy, and delicious. The second visit I ordered the Spicy Basil Fried Rice. I requested medium and it arrived piping hot and really spicy. It was great although a little spicier than expected. It was so hot that when I scooped my leftovers into the box it was still streaming. My third visit, yes I love this place, I ordered the Phở with the raw beef. It was everything you want and expect with good phở. I also tried the Thai Iced Tea, just yummy! I can’t get enough of this place. I hesitated to tell you how much I like it for fear I won’t be able to get in, but I decided I want to make sure it’s there for me. This restaurant is a gem. Other than service was slow getting my check the last visit, I have no complaints although a lunch menu on the weekends would be great.

I’ve been hunting for good Phở in Fort Wayne for the past six years and I finally found it — and the bonus is great sushi too! Clean — good service and authentic Phở. I’ll be back

I would just like to start off saying how great this place is. I only did carry out but I will be back to dine in for sure(and prolly many more carry-out orders in my future). I went on a Tuesday evening around 7. There was only 2 other people eating when I got there, so it was extremely quick. The staff was very courteous, and accommodated my want for no meat. Now on to the important part… the food. For my first trip I tried quite a few dishes. starting off with Crab Rangoon and a California Roll. Both were delicious. The Crab Rangoon was good and crunchy and was pretty sweet, just the way I like. I however didn’t eat the sushi(not a fan in general) but the person I was with said it was very good. It came with a side of ginger and wasabi, nice touch. I got(and shared because they give you so much) 2 entrees. The Pad Thai and the Pineapple Fried Rice. Both were excellent. The Pad Thai was on par with Koze and Spice and Herb’s Pad Thai. One of the best I have had in town. The fried rice was surprisingly delicious. The mixture of sweet from the pineapple and the spicy was to die for. I would recommend getting it as spicy as you can… Yum city, Prices weren’t too bad. Pretty average price for the genre of food. Everything tasted good and was clean in the restaurant. I got enough for leftovers the next day which is always a plus. I can’t wait to go back and try some different dishes. So happy to have a good Asian Fusion joint on the Southwest side of town.

I’m glad there are more vietnamese restaurants opening in Fort Wayne. Although their phở weren’t my favorite but they have many other selections! Since it’s a «Asian fusion» I assumed that’s why they didn’t have varieties of phở. It’s either with meatballs or with slice beef, but if you want more meat in your phở you have to pay extra. They did gave us free samples of their rolls while we were waiting for our food. I like their rolls. Services were good, the atmosphere is really chill and casual. I do recommend this restaurant.

Very diverse menu, but I go here for one thing — Phở. I crave this stuff. If you’ve never had it, put down the cheeseburger and try something that won’t slowly kill you from the inside out. And even if it did it’d be so worth it. Oh, and the service was great too.

Good food, decently priced and very good service. This is quaint little Asian fusion restaurant. They arm very new only been open two weeks so they didn’t have a sushi chef on hand… yet. They said they were going to get one coming soon and have a Burmese offering on their menu. All that being said, I know the struggles of being a New restaurant and so what little bumps I saw I will leave them out because they were minor and fixable after they have a few months of business. This is defiantly a place people should try. I will return…

So glad to have a Phở Restaurant in Southwest! We got carry out Phở soup tonight and it was great! I guarantee this will be a weekly visit for us. Staff was friendly and place looked clean. I guess they are on a soft opening right now as they said the Grand Opening isn’t until April.
