Avalon At Northbrook

These are hands down the best apartments in Fort Wayne, dont get me wrong, you pay for it but they are the nicest and in the nicest area. I pay $ 630 for a 1 bedroom that is around 650 sq foot, 12 month lease. The apartment layouts are nice with decent interiors/​carpet. Quiet, also the area is really nice, near a lot of stuff and the best part there is a nice walking/​bike path near the YMCA which is pretty close to the apartments. One thing I really dont like is they nickel and dime you, it costs $ 50 plus $ 5 a month just to use the pool/​facilities, who does that? But they keep the properties up and looking nice, am definitely happy with my apartment. Wish they would have had something available when I moved into that shit hole Island Club.
