Aardvark Home Inspectors & Pest Control

Recently purchased a home in the Fort Wayne area and needed a home inspection. I wasn’t familiar with any such companies in the area was recommended Aardvark by a friend. Called them up and they were able to schedule an inspection a few days later. They were able to coordinate with all the parties involved without any actions required on my part.
I showed up on the day of the inspection at the time specified, just as the inspector was finishing up. Cory was very helpful and he was able to walk me through every single one of the issues he noted in his report. He seemed very knowledgeable and even pointed out some things to me about the house that I wouldn’t necessarily have known (this was my first home buying experience). He was able to answer all my questions and I received the report that afternoon.
I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will use them again if the need arises.
