Staffs are friendly and helpful! I find some cute stuff in this store first time here. It’s worth it. I’ll come back Student discount

Some of the cloths are a good deal you just have to be there at the rite time and day for the sale. You also have to check the stitching on most of the clothing also.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt over and over again. The selection is alright but damn, they employ the WORST people in customer service that have ever existed. God forbid you interpret them doing nothing but talk to each other to get a fitting room, which they NEVER check to see if people need, the rudest person ever will say«ok everyone if you need a fitting room go now» in the rudest tone. It’ll be worth the additional drive to Woodbridge to not have to deal with these people. Congrats on knowing anything about customer sego d because I put over $ 150 worth of merchandise back. Not worth it. So conclusion: come in any day that ends in day for horribly red customer service!

It’s alright but nothing I would seek out. I love RL but despite the massive size of the store, the selection didn’t seem that great. The prices didn’t seem that amazing. I went around Presidents’ Day and I found better prices at Macy’s sale on all RL stuff. If I am paying next to full price, I might as well go to an RL store than this place that has a better selection. If I want a better price, I can find cheaper prices at a department store. In the window and through out the store, there were 30 percent off signs everywhere. It’s hard to know what’s on sale and what isn’t(which is probably the goal). After waiting in line, I ended up paying $ 50+ for some swimming trunk(nothing fancy) and no 30% off or any discount. Why am I here? The staff is nice and the store is not crammed and well lit.

Love this Polo. Very large open space inside the store so you aren’t so crammed. They do have some good deals, but definitely sign up for their mailing at the register. You usually get a few coupons a year on top of the sales in the store for extra savings. The staff is nice and helpful!

Largest selection of Big and Tall clothing of any Ralph Lauren Factory Store I’ve every seen, I’m not sure if it speaks to the neighborhood, perhaps a land of giants? Large store with the usual collection of items made specifically for the factory store, as opposed to last seasons from the real Ralph Lauren shops that are in the tony sections of most larger cities.

We didn’t realize we were in the Big and Tall section, which takes up about half of this massive store. The non-Big and Tall sections didn’t have as exciting deals as you’d expect. The prices were still high and the selections not as expansive. An iPad case with the Polo Ralph Lauren logo embedded in it cost $ 98, but it’s expected given the name brand. The store was kept in immaculate shape, the mannequins were dressed neatly and preppily. A good shopping experience if you like Polo Ralph Lauren, but an inadequate one if you’re looking for outlet prices.
