Just finished breakfast there and couldn’t wait to write a review because I am so full and happy. I had the Spanish main bennie and hubby got the crab island Bennie. I’ve never heard of a chorizo Benedict so I appreciated their twist on traditional eggs Benedict. Loved the flavor of the chorizo and putting it on a biscuit was a good call. And the red pepper béchamel! Soo good and not too rich or heavy. Hubby said the crab island was delicious but rich, however that’s usually expected with hollandaise sauce. Also, big props to the cooks for perfectly poached eggs! Cant wait to come back!

I love breakfast and this place is soooooooooooo good! I ordered the Bahamian Crêpe with a side order of bacon and hashbrown casserole. Everything was delish! The fresh fruit topping on my crêpe tasted like it was picked straight out the farm. They serve more than just breakfast though, so I will be returning to try what else they have to offer. What definitely caught my eye was that they use a lot of Boar’s Head products,(which I am an avid fan of). My only complaint is that I noticed the bathroom was too close to the eating area. The thought of someone using the restroom then opening the door and having all that nasty matter seep into the dining area sort of grossed me out. To be fair, the restaurant isn’t that big, so that was probably the only suitable location for it. But don’t let that bother you. I’m just over analyzing! Overall, 5 stars for the food and super friendly service!

Wow! So good. Food was wonderful. We had breakfast and the blueberry pancakes and eggs were awesome. My kids loved the lazy Susan on the table. The place smells amazing and my husband is dying to get back to try their bbq. Amazing food, wonderful environment and service was excellent.

Great service, amazing food and price, I’m having the omelet with chicken and chorizo fruit cup and tomatoes and is absolutely delightful. Definitely the best restaurant in town.

My husband and I came in looking for a great brunch, but ended up ordering lunch. The décor may not look pretty, but is appropriate for the local aesthetics. It’s homey with lazy susans for sharing amongst family and friends. I ordered the pulled pork platter and my husband ordered the 8 inch shrimp poboy. We started out with pulled pork eggrolls that were good but not amazing. The sauce helped to balance out the tangy — vinegar taste. I would not order again, but I think it was an acquired taste. My husband got the shrimp po boy with chips. It had delicious, fresh, lightly breaded, and fried shrimp on a toasted po boy bun with lettuce tomato and mayo. Absolutely scrumptious! There was no skimping on the shrimp! There was enough that it kept falling out of the bun. My pulled pork meal had two garlic toasts, fresh cut fries, and fried corn on the cobb. The pulled pork was delicious and juicy on it’s own. The three bbq sauces just accentuated it’s flavor: mustard based, regular bbq, and sweet bbq sauce were all good. The fried corn was phenomenally buttery. I would definitely do it again when I am in a BBQ kind of mood. I wish I could have tried the brisket though.

May not look like much from the outside but don’t let that fool you! Expansive breakfast menu(served all day) that features numerous variations on the Benedict. However, the real star is the house-smoked meat featured on the lunch menu. Brisket, chorizo, and pulled pork: all house made. Tacos also feature fresh gulf shrimp and seafood. Prices are also very reasonable and staff very friendly.

Had the Landlubber Breakfast this time(and the past couple times). 2 eggs, a meat(bacon or sausage), a bread(toast, biscuit, or English muffin), a side, and a small pancake. I chose bacon, a biscuit, and grits with mine, as well as orange juice and coffee. It was all in all very delicious. Service is always good, and I’ve never had to ask for a coffee refill. I highly recommend.

This is my favorite place for breakfast in Fort Walton Beach. Everthing I’ve tried on the menu is very delicious. There are lots of menu options, so if you have a large group, there’s something for everyone. The Floribbean Omelet is scrumptious! Other notable mentions include the ribs, Floribbean Tacos, pretty much all the Bennies, and the double chocolate chip & Red velvet waffles are all delectable. This is just from my personal experiences. The parking lot in the front(off Eglin Parkway) is limited and tight. I recommend skipping that all together, and just park in the back. There’s a larger gravel lot with plenty of space. It can be accessed easily from either side-road past TM’s(going either directing). From that lot, you can walk past the smoker, and smell all the deliciousness. And, there’s a nice garden area in the back. The service has always been good. Very friendly, like you would expect from a Southern Style Mom & Pop restaurant. The place has always been clean. The menu is diverse and priced reasonably. Overall, this place is great in every aspect.

Call for takeout and order an hour or so before you want to eat. Please understand that the food is delicious. However, there is no excuse for taking an hour to serve eggs. I was truly embarrassed that I’d recommended this place to my family for breakfast. We will not be back.

Wow! Amazing food, everything tasted awesome. I couldn’t pick which waffle I wanted so I just got 4 haha They warned me but I didn’t listen hahaha I have breakfast for 3 days! Very friendly and humorous staff. Good order times and pleasant classic-styled atmosphere. Very expensive: O Best breakfast I’ve had at a restaurant yet, though

My son is stationed at Eglin Air Force base — we were visiting him and on our last day he was like«let’s go to the best breakfast place ever» ok son, you da boss! We go in — place has got a good vibe– it’s busy but not super busy– we are seated right away. We place our orders… it takes over an hour to get our food(which is why I took a star away) the only frustrating part was that people that well seated well after us were served and left before we even got our food. Our server was apologetic so that was nice. Anyway, the moment we’ve been waiting for– the food arrives! My son and both got the Spanish Main bennies! Yum! Son friend got a blueberry crêpe and my husband and other son both got different types of bennies which they all said were delicious! Moral of the story we will definitely go back when we visit our son just not when we have a plane to catch!

5 stars for the food, 1 star for the wait and service. I don’t get this place. The food is outstanding. The barbecue, top notch. I usually order the half muffuletta(huge sandwich with meats on meats) with chips during lunch time or the eggs benedict with pulled pork for breakfast, also amazing. But… On Saturdays and Sundays between 10am to about 12:30, sometimes 1 o’clock, this place gets slammed. I mean, really, really busy. The wait for a table during those times is 15 – 20 minutes. Very reasonable. But every single time I’ve been there I’ve been seated by the hostess and have had 3 different waitresses during my meal so I never knew who was actually waiting on us. It was a bit confusing. After we’re seated it takes a while to get drink orders in, usually 5 to 10 minutes. Then your food order, that takes a long while, too. The second time we went, I actually timed how long it took for our food to arrive. It took 57MINUTES. 57! That’s just unacceptable. Don’t get me wrong, I want to go to this restaurant because the food is superb. No complaints. But the wait… ugh. You’re killing’ me smalls! This place needs help, but not in the food department.

Surprised by the mixed reviews but I had a wonderful experience here. The service wasn’t the fastest but I wasn’t in a hurry at the time. It wasn’t slow or anything, just average I guess. Coffee wasn’t refilled as often as I’d like but that’s about the only complaint I have. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The food was amazing. I had the Spanish main bennie and it was so good My friend had the red velvet waffles and she said they were delicious. I really want to try the crepes and the Floribbean tacos on my next visit.

The food is delicious. Unfortunately the service is record breakingly slow. I have never experience something like this. We waited more than an hour and was about to leave. Go there when you are full and you will feel hungry by the time the food is served.

Yep. Just yep. Def worth trying. We just moved here and have eaten at Tommy M’s about 5 times over the last two months. We generally like to try new restaurants to get out and explore the area but this place is so good we can’t help but return. Never had a bad dish here. Very hearty portions and fair prices. It can get a little crowded but never more than a two min wait. Plus military discount and friendly service! Chicken parm po’boy was great – crisp/chewy gambino bread and good quality chicken All varieties of Benedicts were yummy. Red velvet waffle – heaven Pulled pork sandwich and beans – moist, tender, and smoky.

This place is awesome! My family and I discovered it on Unilocal. This was the first place we found that has multiple types if eggs Benedict! We weren’t a huge fan of the holandaise sauce but it was still good. We got the BBQ pulled pork one and we can say it did need more sauce. The shrimp po boy was amazing! This was the first time I tried a poinsettia drink too and it’s better than a mimosa! The portions are huge so definitely share! I recommend getting a po boy and add an additional four inches and splitting it with three people. That will be enough for the three and cost effective. The servers were really nice and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place!
