Ordered a three-topping medium. Given a medium cheese. Customer service seems to be a lower priority than other pizza huts I’ve been to. I will never return.

If they had zero stars thats what i would have on here. It took an hour and an half to get our pizza and when we did it was freezing cold. This is the second time this has happened and it was months in between our visits. They seem unorganized at this store. They need to hire a good manager that is there to keep things in order because it shows that there isnt any structure. And it is not the cleanest place we have been eitherz. Very sad i used to love pizza hut

I’m generously giving this place 2 stars only because the pizza eventually came and the person delivering the pizza apologized. Now why it takes an hour to deliver 1 pizza, 1.8 miles, exactly away is beyond me. There’s also a 50/50% chance your order will be wrong. The website doesn’t BS you at least. The website does tell you it will take an hour or more for 1 pizza however. That’s good! I guess… I think the only reason they are still in business is because there aren’t any decent options nearby. God forbid a dominoes comes to this town haha

We ordered 2 pizzas 4 hours early for the Super Bowl. One of the pizzas was incorrect(did not have siracha drizzle we ordered). Seeing that their website has a «Flavor Promise: Love Every Bite or We’ll Make It Right,» we thought we could ask for a refund for that one pizza. All the manager offered was an in store credit on a future order. After telling the manager that I’m visiting from out of town and the in store credit wouldn’t be good for me, the manager told me that if I wanted a refund for the pizza I would have to bring it in to the store. This was during the super bowl mind you, and im a Seahawks fan so there’s no way I’m leaving because they messed my order. That’s crazy to tell someone that if they are unhappy that they would have to bring the pizza back. How about just refund my $ 7.99 and be done with it. I’m really displeased with the managers reaction and handling of this situation. Your satisfaction guarantee is very misleading, Pizza Hut, because we are not satisfied.

This place was a little disappointing. You order at the counter and do not have a server. We had to ask for plates and ended up with paper ones! When we tried to order, the cashier acted confused by everything we said and had to be told several times for each item. Most of the tables were dirty and no one made any move to clean them the hour that we were there.
