Was great when they first opened. Going downhill since. Went yesterday most of the choices were empty. What I took home was over cooked and hard to chew. They half of it out. They had plenty of staff on. Need a new manager.

Been here four or five times and it’s pretty bad. One-time my teriyaki chicken had no chicken. This place is a waste of time.

This place is my go to guilty pleasure. It’s hot and tasty«Chinese» food. Chinese buffets are usually inconsistent and cost a lot; and who needs to eat a buffet of that kind of junk food? At panda I get exactly the right portion for a great price. If you are craving something sweet, savory, and greasy all in one this place is the best. I always get the chow mein noodles, my girlfriend always gets the fried rice. Our favorites are the Beijing beef and orange chicken. It’s even served in a convenient bowl that you can put a lid on and save the rest for later

Eaten drive-thru from here once. It was by far the worst panda express food I have ever eaten. I could tell that the food had been sitting there for hours. I only had a 5 minute drive back to the house, but when I got there, the food wasn’t even lukewarm. I was starving so I heated it up anyway, but when stuck my fork in and pulled the piece of chicken away, the sauce was coagulated and was giving off maple syrup vibes. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here again.

Usual, generic, food court style Chinese food. There is a female that works there named Patricia whose voice makes me wanna throw kittens! She is so obnoxious and rude. Apparently she thinks that teriyaki chicken does not come with teriyaki sauce… what a toad! The food is ok and the service is lackluster at best!

First off … Why would you eat here when there is a Chick-fil-A across the street … ??? Funny how Panda follows CFA and sets up shop in their trade areas! … Guess they hope for folks that can’t get into CFA’s busy parking lots … Panda should have stayed in the mall concept. Not good enough for free-standing. This type food should be done RIGHT and not in this format. I waited in line 45 min for cold food !!!

The drive thru is absolutely horrid. You can walk in and out at least twice as fast as going thru the drive thru. What’s the point of having a drive thru if the order is going to take so much longer?

Been here three times in the past few months and similar quality and service each time. Limited selection, mediocre quality, poor customer service. Not positive but pretty sure the cashier stole my credit card info. Had not used the card for months, used it there once, and the next day got the call that someone tried to use my card in South Florida. Very glad that my credit union was on the ball. If I use this location again, I’ll use cash. Be cautious.

Great food, the drive thru is quick and easy. Dine in, however, can be quite horrendous due to the amount of people that go there. The chow mein is quite bland. But i do recommend the beijing beef, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. About a 3.5…the rice and lo mein are pretty bland…

Well I guess my initial excitement has subsided. The food is fine, but the service is horrid. The employees are ridiculously slow and have no sense of urgency. Just watching the servers slowly spoon food onto a plate is incredibly frustrating. How much time can you spend arranging the pieces of chicken on a plate? Just dump it and go! And listening also goes a long way. How many times do I have to say«orange chicken» to you before you realize what I’m saying? If you’re taking it to go, it’s better to deal with the drive through. At least you’ll be in your car listening to music instead of just blankly staring for 20 minutes before you even get to order your food.

Unlike some of the reviews here. I personally have not had the same issues with lack of menu items. I’ve been here about 6 times since they have opened and have always enjoyed the food, portions, cleanliness and atmosphere. I will admit they get just a little pricey when you start tacking on extras but it’s not too bad. I usually on myself spend about $ 13 with all the extras. I’d say try the place out before passing judgement based on reviews.
