I recently got a loan through eglin credit union and one person, Rebecca Leurini, went above and beyond to ensure I was treated well. Her professionalism and dedication to coustomer service is far and away better than any bank or credit union I have ever delt with.
I would recommend them to anyone seeking a good an honest bank/​credit union to work with.

10 year customer, disloyal bank. Direct deposited, used them for several loans, never late. I went through a divorce and my ex withdrew large sums of money, the account was overdrawn by $ 176 when it was closed. I paid it when I found out about it. During the divorce there were several creditors that needed back pay when the smoke cleared. There is only one negative account on my credit report, EFCU for $ 176, which I’ll restate was paid off, and they refused to do anything about it because of «their agreements with the reporting agencies.» The ONLY creditor that put their «requirement» to report above the loyalty of their customer was the least significant with the least amount owed.

Awesome banking I love my credit union… Kim Clark is awesome… great customer service love this place. ATMs are inside the lobby. lots of local ATMs for free. Drive Thru in this location.

My opinion of most banks rate right up there with other blood-​sucking institutions such as cable television providers and insurance companies.
But this place was very nice. The tellers are all polite and I was in and out in no time. Not that I bank here, but this seems to be a pretty decent place. For a bank.
