To be honest I was a little hesitant about trying this place. I am kind of not a big fan of chain sub shops (most fall somewhere in the bland range between Subway and Jimmy Johns). But I have to admit I was very surprised and pleased with my first visit here. I had a meatball sub and it was really top of the line. I like the idea that this was actually started by firemen (being the son of a retired career professional firefighter).
The service was friendly and surprisingly not as long a wait as I was expecting even though it was a fairly busy night.
Definitely worth a return visit.

The chicken salad is wonderful! And I just tried the new Hawaiian Pulled Pork… WOW! can’t wait to go again… the workers come by the table and ask if we need anything… GREAT SERVICE!

Hot made to order sub. I was checked on by an employee twice, never had that at sandwich shop before. New York Steamer was great and satisfying.

One of the best sandwich shop in Fort Smith, in my opinion. Great services, different variety of drinks to choose from (Who would have thought that they have a Sprite Orange?!), and the sandwiches are delicious. This is definitely my choice to have lunch during my break. Only downside is the price when ordering a combo, but well worth it. So check it out when you have the chance.
