Absolutely ridiculous! This service is extremely sketchy, only working half the time, if that! The cable and internet are useless; I’m basically paying $ 100 to NOTUSESOMETHING. I was told that I couldn’t even get a credit to my account for services WECAN’T USE, BUTPAYFOR because they«don’t have enough records of me calling in complaining»! Half the time I call in, I end up hanging up, because I’m on hold, waiting for someone for 45 plus minutes! Who does that?! So yeah, of course you don’t have any record, because 95% of the time, i can’t get through. Sadly, this is the ONLY cable company that’s available for Ft. Sill, so we’re stuck with that awkward uncle you hate to visit; yes, Suddenlink is that awkward uncle. I just asked if I could speak with a supervisor, and so far, I’ve been on hold for almost 15 minutes. See what I mean? 0 stars from me, but being that a star is required, I HAVE to give it a star.
