What a great day! This was on my hubbys bucket list. I’m not a huge horse fan but I did it and loved it! Tammy and our guide(sorry forgot his name) were absolutely terrific. TY and we’ll be back! PS you do not need any riding experience!

Glad to see they are still in business and have such great reviews. I have done this a couple of times years ago and loved it. Most people think you have to be in the Caribbean to ride horses on the beach… Not true can do it right here in Ft. Pierce. The family owned business was always prompt and professional. It’s hard to top this kind of adventure and I did this every year for my B-day and had a great experience and left with great memories and pictures. Due to a neck & back injury I have not done this in years, but I am ready this year 2016 I will continue my tradition on my B-day with a relaxing, romantic ride on the beach with my husband. I will update Unilocal with my current review after my B-day ride!

I love horses. I have been here years ago and had a great experience. So, I decided to come back. The drive is a bit far but definitely worth it. A few pointers: Make sure to make a reservation by phone a few days before. It’s super hot in the summer so try to pick a cooler day. We went in March and it was perfect weather. Take cash to pay. Pricing is very reasonable. The tour is an hour long. The horses are super friendly and beautiful. Reason I didn’t give them 5-stars: One thing I wish they would allow you to do is ride side by side or make the tour a bit more interesting with information about the horses. The tour guides didn’t chat much unless we asked questions. We just followed along the trail and we couldn’t pass any of the horses in front of us. It was a little too strict. Unlike other places we have been to. However, the staff was nice. There are pavilions and bathrooms at the park. You can take your swimsuits and lunch to enjoy the rest of the day there.

Took wife on this ride for our 10 year anniversary. The Hayes were very nice people and extremely Profesional and laid back. We rode for an hour on a pretty much deserted beach. Had nice time and will definitely come back and do it again. This time we will bring our son. Bathrooms 4 pavilions and BBQ grills for family fun day to hang. There is also a shower. Sandy beaches and very wide. Great place to fish and relax no lifeguards. Worth the trip for day fun.

Surprised my girlfriend here for her birthday this past weekend, and I have to say it was well worth the already economical $ 40pp. The guide was patient and sweet, the horses were all gentle and well tempered. And the view was so nice, it almost looks fake. They give you an option to trot for a little, but its mostly an hour walk. Its very relaxing, you can basically walk next to the person you’re with and talk the whole time. The guide also stops at one point to take a picture of everyone, one by one. I’ll probably be going again at some point next year.

This was my first time ever riding a horse, so I was terrified! It was the first time for another girl in the group I went with. Our guide was patient with us though and the horses are all gentle. We all walked along the beach for a ways before circling back around and sometimes the horses break out into a little run. It was memorable and oddly relaxing experience. Nobody was thrown, nobody got hurt… the only negative about this experience was that it wasn’t longer! Call ahead of time to set up your appointment/reservation. You will meet them at Frederick Douglas beach, which is a relatively quiet and secluded beach in Fort Pierce.
