Very clean. Well maintained but a bit dated, which doesn’t bother us. Docks and pool are nice. RIGHTINTHEINLET. Short walk to great diner and other stuff. Anglers paradise. I like this place. Beds were comfy and the AC cranks.

We were pleasantly pleased with the Service we received from Amber, our Waitress. The food was wonderful. I had the Cream of Mushroom soup and half sandwich wrap, that was tasty and filling. A.J.

Lovely little spot. Spotless and very comfortable. Older? Yes. Run-down? I wouldn’t say run down — out dated maybe. Stayed here off season with my daughter while we looked for a short term apartment for her while interning at the Smithsonian Center on the island. The staff in the front office were exceptionally helpful with tips for me and my daughter while I was there the week and she for 2 months. The accommodations were spotless and very comfortable. We stayed in one of the apartments across the street from the main property. So cannot speak for the other rooms/apartments. Nor did we use the pool. Had a lovely view each morning as I sat on the balcony having my coffee. Had happy hour each evening on the dock and watched the sunset. Once we moved my daughter to her apartment, we missed our evenings dockside. had dinner at On The Edge twice while staying there — great restaurant/bar and its walking distance :)

Older, run-down rooms. But you don’t come here for room service or the honeymoon suite. You come for fishing, boating, and relaxing at the pool. After all, as the name states, it is dockside. The pool is a little small, so if you want to relax, come early, as everyone is out fishing for the day. When everyone returns, it can turn into a frat party. There is quite a bit of parking for your boat trailer, however, it will cost extra. The water-side rooms have a great balcony and view of the water, where you can watch all of the boats coming and going.
