What a terrible first impression, terrible first experience, and unprofessional organizer. I paid online for a slot and then she canceled it due to low number of enrollees, which the website says nothing about. Then she rescheduled the same event for a week later(3÷2÷16) in which I agreed to attend, no problem. Then I showed up on the reschedule date to a dark, locked studio with no one inside. Absolutely amazing! Way to go Lauren at Wine & Design this time you did not call nor did you have the professionalism and courtesy to email or call me to let me know that this rescheduled event would now be canceled for a 2nd time, so instead I show up waiting and having to dial the number on the door. Great job! She needs to put a disclaimer on her site that says if there is not a total of 8 participants signed up for a class/event, then it will automatically be canceled. This info would def be good to know. At this point I think I’m going to get my bank to do a charge-back and then I will find another more professional/courteous studio to do this with. Way to go, Wine and Design! you all are winners for lack of courtesy and professionalism!
