This neighborhood is quite possibly the worst neighborhood I have ever lived in. The HOA that operates here consists of overly bored folks with nothing better to do than excercise a very microcosmic form of control. They WILL tow you if you are parked on the street at night, resident or visitor, in town or out of town. They will have the tow truck come in while you sleep and get your vehicle.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this community, and while you’re at it, ALL gated communities.
