Absolutely the worst security company out there. Customer service is terrible. They only survive because of what the name ADT used to stand for. Do NOT sign any type of contract with them, they will hold it over your head even though their systems don’t work. Remote lamp modules are a joke. Incompetent technicians are the norm.
