Pleasantly surprised. They cook everything to order so it was fresh and hot. I had the fried chicken sandwich which came with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. It was very good. My husband had the grilled chicken salad which was also very good. The chicken was cooked perfect. If I pass another I will definitely go back.

Price, customer service, and atmosphere make this a 5 star restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the food is of great quality. First time visit but will definitely be back.

I just can’t give a fast food joint 5 stars unless my expectations are exceeded. Congratulations PDQ– you met my expectations. When I walked in I expected a «reasonable» crispy chicken sandwich at a reasonable price without having to wait too long. I got a very nice chicken sandwich, nice thick tomato slice with crisp iceberg lettuce, a lot of «ok» fries and a nice glass of sweet tea for$ 8.00. I expected a comfortable dining experience. The place was very clean, the staff very friendly, plenty of seating, nice mellow upbeat contemporary music playing at a reasonable volume. The parking is great as well– very easy to get in and out. The wait was just about right– 8 minutes total from walking in the door to sitting in a comfortable booth. Pleased but not «blown away». Although Chik Fil A is still my favorite fast food chicken place– I will definitely be back to PDQ!

This is one of our favorite «fast» food hotspots. It’s really a great place to get a quick bite without sacrificing food quality. The chicken dishes are always great — the grilled chicken especially!
The coleslaw here is divine — a creamy, blueberry delight. And the artisan-​style sauces are all super unique. Not the rip and dunk tubs of soybean oil one finds in other quick food restaurants.
The real stars of this PDQ are its employees. One in particular, Samantha M., made such a good impression on us that we fell in love with PDQ from the word go. She is consistently awesome and intentional about providing us with excellent service! Hang on to her.
Bottom line — if you’re low on time and in need of something high on flavor, PDQ is where you wanna be.

Visited for the first time ever and was really quite impressed. The restaurant sits alongside a lot of fast-​food restaurants and particularly close to Zaxby’s, which also specializes in chicken. It was incredibly clean, attractive, and had the best open concept kitchen I’ve seen. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The chicken was great, I tried the nuggets, and the sriracha sauce was really delicious with it. The fries are exactly what I want in a fry — crisp and fresh cut, a little on the thin side. Best I’ve had from a fast-​food place in a while. And the chocolate peanut butter milkshake was fantastic — as good as any ice cream based restaurant — with big chunks of peanut butter cups. I’d definitely stop again over some of the other similar nearby restaurants!

First fast food chicken place I have found since falling in love with chic fil a. The chicken, the sauces, the shake are all great. What is more impressive are the details. From the mic call out that can be heard in the bathroom to the pressurized ketchup dispensers, this place really has examined the details. I am impressed all around. Come to Ohio!

I am super impressed with this restaurant. I skeptically ordered the Cali Chicken sandwich, and assumed that the avocado would be a mashed mix of junk and would taste only marginally like actual avocado. Nope. Actual pieces of avocado, generous pieces! The bun was somewhat sweet and very tasty, and there was a sauce on the burger that was absolutely delicious. The fries were thin and in a cute little bucket. I didn’t feel like I was eating fast food at all. This place is awesome, I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Impressed! It was Delicious, fast, and affordable! The chicken is delicious, as are the sauces, the fries are good, and the blueberry coleslaw is tasty too! I can’t believe this is a fast food place. Love the hand washing fountain too! Wish there was one of these where I live.

Soooooooo GOOD!!! The staff were very nice. The place was clean and tables were clean. There was a staff member walking around asking if anyone need more sauce or anythinh. I love the service and quality of the food. I will DEFINITELY go back again.

Well after driving past their locations several times in the past few years and thinking, «Another wanna-​be chicken place…”– two weeks ago I finally stopped in! I had been thinking that somebody put a lot of money into a BEAUTIFUL restaurant that seems to always be empty. Maybe I hadn’t paid close enough attention! Because what I experienced there was NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE! Now my opinion is much different & I can’t wait to go back! So as great as it was – they must have a great clientele! The Chicken Caesar Salad was über-​delicious! That DRESSING! Wowee! Best I’ve ever had! The fries were delicious & the Chicken Strips were THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! Plus I ordered a Chocolate Shake & it was decadent! The straw was actually artistic – in shape, size & color! The PACKAGING & PRESENTATION are very ‘next-​thing’ and so enjoyable, too. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer at PDQ from now on! Employee told me they have locations in Las Vegas now, too! Everyone owes it to themselves to try this place! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

Really yummy! Fresh chicken and hand cut fries were never better! If you’ve ever been to an In n Out burger this is the chicken version of that lol! Great concept, super staff. We had the tenders and a crispy chicken sandwich. I added the blueberry coleslaw and oatmeal Apple cranberry cookie. All were fresh and really flavorful. I like Zaxbys chicken but I like this a little better, it’s more like fried chicken on the bone in its flavoring.

New to this place never tried it before or heard of it but I was pleased with the food. tenders are fresh and tasty service is good and fast although it was not very busy at the time. also I’ve heard from some of the patrons that their milkshake is very good and they were wright I enjoyed it very much. Cool little place I wouldn’t compared with Chick-​fil-​A but it’s not bad for some tenders and fries and a handspun milkshake.

I have frequented PDQ on several different occasions. Their food is always fresh, fast, and consistent. It’s really nice to have somewhere to go where you know that you have some healthy options. I like that none of their food has ever been frozen and everything is made from scratch in house. I was surprised to learn of that because I didn’t think anyone did that anymore. You can certainly tell that is the case when you taste their food. I love it and my children love it!

I was unsatisfied when I first tried this place. The proprietor, Scot Chausse contacted me and offered me free lunch and a tour so I took him up on it. We did a complete tour inside and out. First there are no freezers or microwaves here. Everything is cooked fresh and made there at the restaurant. We were seated and given a smörgåsbord of food to try. The grilled chicken salad is to die for. A large salad with lots of chicken, sliced almonds and craisins. Be sure to try the sliced green apples with the toffee pecan dip which is also quite special. The chicken tenders are tender and not greasy and there are a variety of sauces to try for dipping. I clearly admit my second impression was much better than my first.

It’s a fast food place. Newly opened. Mostly chicken sandwiches. Chicken on your dinner salad as well. They do offer turkey which is a nice alternative. I had a plain side salad. It’s $ 3.99. The salad dressings are a nice selection besides the old stand by selections. I had the sweet heat. Has a nice kick. I also tried the blueberry. It was a bit sweet and very thick.
If your looking for a regular sit down restaurant this is not for you. Very limited menu as well. I will come back and try it again.
