Dr. Richards has been my Physician for several years and operating on my hand and shoulder. His bedside manner is excellent and he will explain anything till you understand it. His staff is so courteous and helpful. Also recommend people to him. Kat in the PT department is also fantastic to work with.

doctor richards took the time to explain my elbow injury/​what to expect during healing/​surgical treatment options. he also reviewed my CT scan and X-​rays on the computer screen with me.
through my research, i was already confident about doctor richard’s surgical skill.
