4 adults, 6 cocktails, the onion, 2 steaks, 1 prime rib -$ 178 +tip. Service was good. The quality of the meat WASAWFUL. Fat & grizzle throughout. Cut out what we did not want, an took the remainder home for the pets. In spite of. meat, the waiter made it a good evening. However, none of us will return nor will I recommend this location. Ruth Crists move over there is a new bottom of the list. A tip to the wise, if you see whip marks on meat, get up and leave.

I had dinner there on Saturday night with a friend. I had heard(by reviews) about asking for a certain waiter when going there. I forgot to ask until already seated and service had begun. When mentioning the reviews that I had recently read to my waitress… I(kiddingly) warned her that she had some pretty big shoes to fill. I have to say… this gal, Monic(spelling?), did a FINEJOB! Food was good, as usual. But, the service was VERYGOOD. I highly recommend, the next time you visit the«Outback» in Fort Myers. Asking for her would make a «good meal», GREAT!

Food was disappointing to say the least. Our steaks were not cooked as ordered and when they were brought back it was tough shoe leather.

Tonight we had Alberto, and let me tell you, he was the best server we’ve ever had. He was attentive, made us laugh, and it was crazy busy, but literally gave us all the best customer service. Hands down the best server you have! We will be back and ask for him!

First of all we had Juan. He was so sweet and knelt beside our table rather than standing over my husband and I. He was excited to show us the changes in the menu and then took our drink order while hubby and I looked in the menu about all he was saying. I’m very particular in what I like to which my husband told Juan. Needless to say, Everything was perfect! After our dinner the manager, Sean, came over in Juans recommendation and told us about how staff gets to spin for prizes when they receive compliments which is absolutely awesome! I tell you, if it wasn’t for their dedication to your company coupled with the love of their mission for customer satisfaction, I would try to steal them for our business in a heartbeat. They both are great examples and should be advanced hands down!

Don’t order curb side take away from this location. I had two separate orders and I even specifically asked the girl on the phone to put it in separate bags for me. Which they didn’t. I didn’t get any of the sides I ordered and on the phone after each item I asked for she said«is that all» which just sounds weird. Sorry I annoyed you with my order! Pretty sure the reason it was messed up was because she didn’t take it correctly. I’m a server as well and work in the food business and I’m really disappointed. The guy who brought it out was really nice I just wish I got what I ordered.

The food is decent, you know what you are getting at Outback, I rated this one four stars because of the service at the bar. Friendly bartenders and good drinks, this can be hard to find in Ft. Myers.

Being here for lunch and dinner many times! Tonight I have the 6 Oz Victoria filet mignon with baked potato with sour cream, cheese and the work. The filet mignon is grilled but I like my steak with a sear mark. Somehow they never do that in Outback. Wife ordered the 9 Oz Ribeye steak with mixed vegetables and baked sweet potato. The steak went down very well with two Aussie Rum Punch. It just hit the spot! We did not have salad or desert just a quick dinner! I was thinking about the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under; that pecan brownie with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Reality sink in and we skipped the desert. The service at this location is great, never disappointed with the wait staff. Again we have our bread and drinks very quickly, nor we have to hunt down any one for service. They are wonderful!

Ordered a filet, medium rare. It came out well done with an old burnt baked potato. I sent it back because things happen and it wasn’t a big deal. I was then brought back another well done steak but this one was a sirloin. I don’t like any other cut of steaks. I know what a filet is and I know the difference. I said something and 2 servers argued with me about it. So I told them nvm to just take it, I didn’t want it anymore. No manager ever came over. No apologizes etc. Love outback but won’t be back anytime soon.

Service was acceptable and the cheesecake was divine unfortunately the rest of the meal left me wishing that I had just stayed home. The overcooked sirloin steak and prime rib were flavorless. Dry and under seasoned mashed potatoes and ribs that seemed to have been baked in the oven, not smoked. The lobster and shrimp were slightly overcooked. Drinks were not refilled without asking and condiments weren’t offered. Relaxed atmosphere in the outdoor dining section, modern appearance, and seemingly clean facilities.

First I will say our waitress was friendly and helpful. The three of us ordered the outback special, 9 oz. and 12 oz. the sides were great The steaks were all the same size and overcooked. The second ones were undercooked but eatable. Maybe a new cook?

My husband and I visited this location yesterday for dinner to celebrate our 14 th wedding anniversary and the fact that I had breast cancer surgery just a week before and they got it all out! The hostess took us to a two person booth in the bar. I still have a drainage tube connected to me and did not want a booth for fear of sliding into the booth would bump it. Of course the young long blonde hair hostess didn’t know this, but when I asked for a table(because I needed a chair) she rolled her eyes and took us to a table and never said have a nice dinner or otherwise. Then our waitress came. She was good except totally lacked a personality or a smile. Her tone with us was not friendly, just matter of fact. We didn’t let these things ruin our evening, but they did put a bad taste in our mouths. We will be visiting the one on Pine Island for our next celebration. If a manager reads this, pls. Speak with your staff. This visit to your restaurant was a step up for us from the normal restaurant we go to because of our anniversary and good cancer news. Perhaps hiring more mature people who have had more life experience would help. Thanks for reading.

My partner and I stopped in for dinner and I must say that although the staff was very friendly the food, for the first time ever at an Outback Steak House was only so-so, we were surprised. Our drinks were not kept full(without asking) and the Ahi Tune I ordered was a joke. I was the thickness of a quarter and not anything like any other Ahi Tune I’ve ever had. Bad job, I would never order that again. Further, my partner and I ordered broccoli as a side and both received a single medium stalk of the vegetable, sad, we will not like return to an OSH anytime soon.

Just your average Outback Steakhouse. Nothing special. Decent steak if your expectations are within chain restaurant range. If I had one suggestion, it would be to work on presentation. The food often has an institutional look to it when it’s served. Other than that, they cook to order and the steaks are often seasoned nicely. Also, if several people at your table all order«The Outback Special» steak, it is like playing Russian Roulette as to what steak you will get. One will be cut thick resembling a filet, the next one will be cut thin resembling a sirloin, so it’s kind of hit or miss if you like it one time but not the next.

Disappointed in quality and quantity of food. The service is great. The ice tea is brewed fresh and the bread is excellent. However be prepared to drop over $ 40 for two and both walk away hungry. If you want an appetizer and a beer and glass of wine now you are in the $ 55 range and there is no guarantee you will be satisfied. If you want to spend that kind of money for an «okay» meal then this is your place– but be prepared to feel rushed out. For the same price and a much better steak(better cut and more of it) in a much more relaxed and pleasant atmosphere go to Stonewood Grill– hands down beats outback which is «ehhh, okay»

As much as I want to give this place one start I can’t because my server Zach was amazing… I dined in about 6:20 Wednesday evening and got a seat right away where I was greeted promptly by my server Zach. Zach was delight, very informative and personal all around a great server. Ordered a few drinks and a milkshake(did take a long time for milkshake). My guest ordered the Wednesday special parmesan chicken and a soup. My son ordered a ½ rack of ribs with ranch and side of ranch. My dish the 9oz sirloin with mash and cesar salad. Our soup and salad came out very quickly. My guest stated his meal was hot and unflavorable. My son’s ribs came out with fries that looked as if they were cooked in the morning and just re-dropped in grease for a quick heat up. In other words the fries were gross and cold. My meal was a joke, steak was so tough, under cooked and so blan. Zach stopped and asked how everything was I informed him my son’s fries were cold, missing ranch and my steak was suppose to be medium rare and it was clearly rare but I don’t wanna send it back(I know restaurants when sending food back). As I assume management brought out my sons new fresh fries and proceed to let me know Zach informed her of my steak issues. She tells me medium rare and rare is pretty much the same to them there, odd… Apparently the only difference is a cold or warm center(warm center being medium rare). I smiled and pointed to steak like this clearly a cold center. She then again suggested to cook it a little longer after saying no repeatedly I thought what the heck sure why not. My same steak came back to me cooked longer, but just as tough and no flavor at all. Unfortunately I didn’t fault my server Zach as I know he isn’t in back cooking our horrible meal that meal. Dinner was complete waste of money and time. Thank you Zach for your prompt. speedy and accurate service last night.

So disappointed! Single woman, traveling alone, Outback is usually a good choice. Watched bartender, Michael throw a guy’s beer in the trash, and then fish it out, and put it back on bar when he realized guy was just in bathroom. Had a glass of wine, never offered a menu until I was nearly done. Finally ordered a glass of wine and a to go. Get to hotel… No silverware.

Got seated. Waited 15 minutes to be served when it wasn’t busy. Walked out while 4 employees were having a conversation at the front door.

My opinion of this location has changed. Food quality has dropped considerably and prices are higher. I had the outback special. It was tough and not that flavorful. My wife had the bone in ribeye and it to lacked flavor. I can do better at home with my charcoal grill. For over $ 75 I am under whelmed and won’t be returning any time soon.

Big outdoor bar, from the parking lot it looked busy, but it was not. Excellent service, fresh veggies(nothing frozen here) Impressed by the Asparagus, had a seasoning on it, delicious. Not much for a gluten free Vegan, but I like their sides. Baked potato, sweet potato fries, veggies. Watch out for the onion soup, not only is it beef broth but does have gluten. Easy meeting place, in corner of strip mall, facing busy main strip 41 highway. I would give them another star if they would extend their menu for vegetarians.
