Yes, they do a good job cleaning your clothes but that’s where it ends. Get ready to dedicate 15 minutes of your morning to this place. You can’t leave until they pretty much inspect every shirt or pair of pants. It takes forever. I wish you could drop off your clothes and peace out, but that would be extremely difficult for this place. I asked to put my card on file, but the answer to that question (which was a no) took another 15 minutes! If you’re in a rush, don’t come here. If you’re not in a rush, I still wouldn’t come here.

This is a super great hidden gem of Fort Myers! I feel safe leaving 5 stars after we have used them six times in a row now. We dry clean a TON of our clothes! So everything here is either $ 1.99 or $ 3.95, that’s the choices for prices! No more than that, and it’s a deal, as you know, for dry cleaning!
Fast two day turn around.
You pre pay, not optional but it’s okay since you can provide them with your dirty dry cleaning, your coupons, and payment, then all you do is pick up later on! Simple and fast!

I’ve been going to Bonita store every week since moving here earlier this year. I’m officially done. Shirts repeatedly come back with broken buttons, burn marks, black marks and so on. The mother of pearl buttons are broken off, then sent back to me anyway… even though the shirt can’t be buttoned on the hanger. See attached photo. I have to return, and they replace with plastic buttons, and they don’t even re-​press. They tried to charge me double to have a kids button down shirt laundered with mine? I didn’t want it dry cleaned, just laundered. And I paid to have a trouser cuff re stitched and they never did it. I’ve been spending close to $ 100/​month in this place. Not any more.

I took all of my dress shirts here when I first moved to Ft Myers and they did a fantastic job with them! The majority of the shirts had a stain of some sort on them when I dropped them off but were perfectly clean when I picked them up! This place is reasonably priced and took about 2 days for them to clean around 10 shirts. After hearing so many horror stories about other dry cleaners ruining shirts or breaking buttons I was happy to find all my laundry in perfect condition and clean when I picked it up. I will be returning here for all of my dry cleaning in the future!
