1. Asked for deep tissue, received weak no effort rub down.
2. Mentioned areas that needed attention but received no attention towards them.
3. Therapist had cold hands and applied way to much oil. Felt very uncomfortable.
4. After smothering me in oil she tossed a towel on my chest and said I could clean myself with it.
5. Technique was poor and involved no effort.
6. Rude greeting and leaving all I got was a finger pointing to the exit.
Not coming back if someone paid me to.

I’m feeling great after my massage by Jessica!!! The staff is very friendly, facilities are very clean and relaxing. I give it 5 stars!!!

I’d been enjoying my membership for several months but when updating their computer system they «lost» my 1.5 accrued unused hours. I’ve phoned 2x plus gone in once and it’s still not recovered. The front desk tells me the manager will phone me (promises promises) but still No contact.
Also, on my visit before last a massage therapist I’ve been to before came out to complain to his manager how he is tired and how people keep wanting deep tissue and how he knows what they really want is deep pressure blah blah bitching. Everyone in waiting could hear this exchange. He complained the desk kept «sticking» him with this strenuous work… the worst part about this is he IS RIGHT about part of this … I’ve booked several deep tissue only to be told by the front desk he and 2 other guys are the only ones who will do deep tissue and how the female therapist «hate» to do them.
I think a little refresher in customer service might be in order
UPDATE number 3: still no adjustments in my hours. More promises from the front desk about the managers phone call. This place needs a management overhaul.
FINALLY!!! My hours have been correctly adjusted. I have an appointment next week… lets hope the staff issues have been addressed. There’s hope for this place after all…

Very rarely do I have a poor massage experience. This was one of those times.
For one, I had an hour massage. I didnt see my masseuse until 310, and then I got out at 355. Im no maths major, but I believe thats 45 minutes, and 45 minutes does not equal one hour.
I judge my massages based on how I feel after. I like deep tissue, the more discomfort the better. I had this deep tissue at the GCTC massage place, I was fine for a month.
Here, I felt no change, if not worse. My back is still sore.
Furthermore, for a full body massage, my chest, feet, and glutes were neglected, and he only did one hand.
Im legitimately shocked at how poor it was. I expected better.

I spoke with the sweetest girl on the phone named Taylor. She explained the introductory pricing & membership perfectly. I arrived at Massage Luxe & it’s such a relaxing environment I could not help but to sign up for the luxe membership. I had Daniel as a masseuse & wow I can’t say enough! This is definitely the place to go. From the receptionist (thank you Taylor) to the massage (thank you Daniel) this is by far the best place Naples!

Very good experience. Was very clean. Warmed massage beds low lighting and spa background music. Called this morning and got right in. I had Natalie. She listened during consultation and responded to my needs. I will be back.

There’s nothing better than getting a massage at this price $ 38 it’s really clean professional place!!! They let you get into this water massage beds before your massage which is really need. So you basically getting an hour and 15 minutes of massage

Great massage today from Amanda. The ambiance was very nice and staff friendly. I was offered something to drink before my massage (bad idea since I needed a potty break and the massage was only 45 mins). Lol I didn’t get to try the hydromassage but plan on doing so next time.
