Management gave me a call after my last experience and offered to help me with a complimentary massage. I appreciated their efforts in this regard and was much happier this time around. It was more like I expected. Expectations need to be real about local massage businesses. Vacation destinations and spas associated with this type of work are much different. I will most likely go back every now and again.

I had some severe neck pain to the point where I wasn’t able to freely rotate my neck anymore and went in and saw Lee. He did a fantastic job getting the kinks out of my neck, back, & shoulders. I was very pleased with the improvement I got from just one massage.

I live out of state and unfortunately became a member at this location. I faithfully paid every month for a year but only used 5 of the 12 appointments. When I tried to use one where I live, was told my membership expired and this location would NOT authorize a transfer. I just paid $ 420 for NOTHING. Check out the fine line in your contract at this location. They are unwilling to work with you, the massage envy in my state tried to get me at least one appointment transferred but final answer was no. NOT good business in my opinion.

My mother has gone here for the past year. She gets one massage a month and has always been happy with the staff and massages. Recently she convinced me to sign up, because I work long hours on my feet. I am so glad I did! It is nice to treat for myself and helps with my chronic knee and back pain. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good massage.

I love Massage Envy! Everyone was so friendly and my 1.5 hour massage was divine. Ramon was really wonderful and obviously loves what he does. He was really in tune with what kinks needed to be worked out, and did a great job helping me relax and get the most out of the experience. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and professional. I am not from the area, but when I come back to visit family here I will definitely return!
