Worst customer service ever experienced. No one knew how to write up a sale and delivery on a major appliance. Kim the cashier beyond rude and walked away muttering I can’t take it anymore. Supposed manager on duty said he had never rang up a sale and delivery of major appliance either. Lots of hostility between cashiers and supposed manager … after nearly one hour of incompetence I left the store went across the street and had appliance ordered, payed for and delivery scheduled in minutes. Not sure what’s going on at Lowes but obviously lots of disinterest in the company’s success and very unhappy unhealthy employees. Advice - don’t bother darkening this stores doors unless you thrive on self abuse !

No stars actually but had to give one to write this review! Ordered tile. They called and delayed it by a week. They called me to pick it up. I waited 1 hour for them to bring it to me. Brought me wrong tile! Ordered wrong tile! Then before i realized it was wrong tile there was no one to help me get it in my car as they told me to pull my car up to loading. DISASTER!

I like Lowe’s. Its a big place, but they have a neat selection of paints. The store always seems clean. Actually, compared to its competitor, it seems bigger and cleaner. Just by means that nothing is in the aisles, proper signage, ecc. Staff is always around(not that it’s false for the other store, but there has to be an underlying reason I’m going to this one, as opposed to the competitor across the street, right?).

Stay away from the lumber. Poor quality. I had some 2X4’s cut and many were more than ½″ off. The guy was snotty and couldn’t care less. Go to a real lumber yard.

DONOTBUY A LOWESWARRANTYORSERVICEPLAN! I purchased a Master Forge grill from this Lowes and and also bought the extended warranty. This warranty was to cover the entire Grill for 4 years. The sales person said«we have all the parts in stock, just come in and we’ll replace them for you» First of all this is not correct. When I did go to the store they told me that I had to call the warranty company. O.k. no big deal. I call the warranty company and they tell me to call the manufacturer. I call the manufacturer and they tell me they can’t help me that I have to call the warranty company. This whole exchange actually goes around twice! Each person I spoke to has a different spin on the correct process to order the grill parts. I spent well over an hour and forty five minutes all told and at this point the issue still has not been corrected.

This Lowe’s had just what we needed compared to another popular home store, and more importantly-we had questions and help was readily available!
