Overall, what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Service was very good and noise level was considerably low. The Parmesan spinach was cold in the center but the steak was cooked perfectly!

1st ever visit with the family and we were excited to try out a chain steak restaurant well save you time and money although the service was ok the baby back ribs were the worst I have ever came across. They attempted to correct the literary mush 1st rack by providing a second that was even worse and to cap it off when we received our bill it wasn’t ours it belonged to another table, yes I pointed it out to our waitress since I would have been paying far less than what we had ordered. I guess if you enjoy ribs you cannot pick up you might like them just not for our family.

I am a huge fan of Longhorns, however this location does not seem like all the others. We called ahead to ask what they had for happy hour specials, the person on the phone said«some drinks and appetizers are discounted» and we asked what time it goes till and she said«it might be 4 – 7, your server will know more». We should have taken this as a sign of what was to come. So we walked in and the hostess forwarded us to someone else to get seated(not sure yet what her job was), once directed to the next person she didn’t say anything, but got three menus and led us to our table. They seated us at the booth next to the bathrooms, even though there were plenty of other open tables. Pretty sure I heard someone struggling through a massive dump, not sure how that turned out for them. There were crumbs on the table and on the small plates that she brought out. Our waitress was cordial, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1, though she was pretty slow with her service. We ordered three beers, which took over 8 minutes to come back even though the place was not busy. Our two appetizers were off the happy hour menu– the corn fritters came out black and burnt, and the spicy chicken bites were basically flimsy soggy chicken tenders cut up with sauce drizzled on top. After that we just asked for the check and decided to go somewhere else for dinner. I still don’t know why there was a pre-hostess who pointed us to the actual hostess?

I usually like the Longhorn, however, this location, not so much. We are here on a Monday afternoon. There weren’t many people there. We ordered the Fried potato chips as an appetizer. They were cold and rubbery. We had shaved prime rib sandwiches which I would not recommend. It is basically shriveled up pieces of beef fat. The waiter was nice tho.

Called in an order to go, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. We go to the bar to wait and it wasn’t ready. They were extremely busy so we thought we would give it some more time. After an hour we asked if it was possible we called the wrong location, and we were told that they did not have any to go orders under my name. No problem, we ordered and ate at the bar. The man helping us was extremely helpful, even paid for our appetizer and drinks for the trouble of going to the wrong location. The meal came out quick and was amazing, and we had no complaints. After leaving I decided to call back the number I originally called to place my to go order to see which location it was. Turns out it was the same location I was at the whole time. while we were eating we noticed a to go order that was not being picked up, which was probably mine. Other than my ordeal with the to go order, everything was great. Bartending staff was very polite and accommodating.

Don’t go late night, the servers seem to want to just do their side work and not pay any mind to customers, I get it, but at least put the customers first and care about your tips

We have not dined at Long Horn at least 4 months. So we decided to have Sunday Lunch there. My normal dinner order is prime rib or ribeye steak or 8 oz. Mushroom filet. At this place we dined at least 5 to 6 years without any problem. Today I ordered the flat iron steak with Caesar salad. The steak was pink and juicy but the baked potato was subpar. It tasted like the potato was make yesterday and reheated. Wife ordered the steakhouse burger with cheddar cheese. The burger was OK but the French Fries was cold! One positive note, our waitress was wonderful! So much for Long Horn and will not be back for a while!

Food was great. Our waiter was horrible though. Never got our drinks refilled, we were sat at a small table and he never once cleared off our dishes so we could have room. We had to at one point stack all our dishes on top of each other to have room for our actual entrée. Would have been nice if the manager made their rounds to check on customers as well. Definitely lack of management. I will be dining at another longhorn from now on.

Betsy took such good care of us! All of the food was excellent and every recommendation Betsy had was well informed. All combined with Betsy’s excellent service, we had a perfect experience!

A slight step up from Outback Steakhouse. The prices are comparable. Maybe slightly higher, but the quality of the food is proportionate to the increase. The bread is warm and plentiful, and the place is clean. Definitely recommend eating here. Looking forward to our next visit.

I went last night with my mom. Nice service. Nice décor. It has been a long time since I have gone to a longhorn steakhouse and it has a much nicer atmosphere. That all said… it is the steak that matters. I ordered a basic ribeye steak rare. It came out medium. I sent it back and it came back a bit under rare… not worth sending back… but also shows not good quality control. My mom ordered the small filet well done and it came out medium… she did not send it back but only ate half. I had a gift card so I gave longhorn a shot… I would go again. but it would not be my go to place for steak.

Well here is my 2 cents on the food first. Lets go item by item before chit chat. The bread. Woow not very many places serve up unlimited bread and butter. It warm fresh and very tasty. You must restrain self from chowing down on too much. Leave some so you can soak up the juices from the steak. I ordered the 11 oz. rib eye steak. It came on a heated plate cooked to my specification of medium rare. Thumbs up to the cook. Though, I was not very happy with how it was cooked. The quality and size were what I expected. It was good. I thought it tasted like it came from my iron skillet. I am a excellent cook in my own right. BUT When I go out I am looking/tasting for something I do not make or have the time or skills to properly make myself. What I was expecting I am not sure. Just not this. I ordered the side of fresh green beans. The were very fresh. They were crispy. BUT I thought, at least for me they were much too crispy. When I pointed this out to my server, his response was this is how they prepare it here. Ok healthy veggies for all. Now some chic chat. I was seated quickly and my server, Shane, was quite attentive. I thought it took too long for my order. 20 minutes. Yes I timed it. It was only a medium rare steak and veggies. It was 1130AM or so and not too many customers. Plus again a local bartender did not know how to make a Brandy Separator or a Brasilian Caipirinha. So I got a sweet tea. Over all a ok experience. It what I expected from a chain place. Oh one more thing the steak knife excellent well made and hefty. :-) If you like chains this is a good place for you to experience.

Perfect piece of rare prime rib, best I’ve had in a long time. Onion soup is also a favorite and Longhorns is amazing, can’t be beat. Sever was Betsy and she was great. I was eating alone which usually makes me very self conscious, but with her smiling face and bubbly personality, I was at ease immediately. I find Longhorns to be consistently excellent.

Visited day after thanksgiving. Ordered Ribeye for myself with bake potato and broccoli. Broccoli not fresh and came out room tempature. Steak was just okay, probably about ½ the weight was fat. Wife had ribs and she said good, same problem with broccoli. Son had Chicken fingers, they were fresh and good. Salads fine, beverages fine and ample service for mid range restaurant. Management noticable, offered comp desert due to veggies. Heard this going on quite a bit around us. We call this a maintenance meal. It pretty lived up to exoectations.

Just got home from possibly the WORST meal I’ve ever had! Definitely the absolute WORST meal from a steakhouse. NODOUBT! Our meal started out with old/rotten lettuce from our salads. I had to pick out the«brownish» stuff and put it on a napkin. The waitress said to me, «I told them!» As I requested«green» lettuce only. Now to the entrees, we had the sirloins. BADCHOICE! We ordered cooked to medium and got rare! Had to send them back. It took FOREVER to return. As well as the baked sweet potatoes were CHUNKY&UNDERCOOKED. It took(3) tries and we still got some that were un-eatable. We finally had enough and requested the manager. She then proceed to tell us that the sirloins were basically the way you are going to get them. So, I said it should not be that tough! It wouldn’t even cut with the steak knife! Note: I have NOT even mentioned our waitress, as she was no was where to be found. I had to ask the busboy for the manager. She finally came over and address the problem. But, we simply said; «we’ve been here for an hour and it’s time to leave. So, my advice to everyone is simply DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYONTHISPLACE. The service is crappy and the food is WORST!

Not a great experience this evening. I ordered trout in a steak restaurant and should have known better but I wish they would just take it off of their menu instead of leading us to believe they actually know to prepare it, I am easily fooled. My salad was also wilted and there is no rational for that. All restaurants should know that the greens should be fresh. Anyway my Hubby fared very well and we can’t win them all. The stars are for my Hubby’s meal, definitely not for mine.

Super Steaks.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while! We arrived at 5:50 and were quickly seated by an impersonal and uninterested hostess(if we had arrived another half hour later we would have been swamped by herds of snowbirds coming to dinner). The food was okay. My grilled trout was cooked well and the much-advertised ‘lobster stuffed filet” was very tender and delicious. The ‘stuffing’ was a bit salty but tasted good. The bacon macaroni & cheese was also rather salty but was pretty tasty. Our waitress was very nice and executed everything well. Unfortunately, my other guest ordered a ‘parmesan crusted’ chicken sandwich and said it was terrible. His sandwich, french onion soup and soda set him back $ 18(not including tip) and would have only been worth the money had he received a back rub/HJ to go with it. My other complaint is the margaritas were weak and not worth the dough. Times are hard for cripes sake. Hook me up a with a little alcohol in my $ 9 mixed drink would ya? Overall, food was decent but nothing spectacular, drinks were sub-par and service was decent.
