To Whom It May Concern Subject: Letter of Recommendation I am a small businessman — really small! As in a «one person» business(plus a part time assistant who helps with some miscellaneous chores such as filing, dusting etc.) I have a full partner — or virtual assistant. It’s my computer, and in terms of time, it does 80% of the work. My brain does a little(half directing the computer) and the other half interfacing with clients. But my business, and much of my life relies on the computer. It must be fast so as to not waste time, and must be reliable. And if it «burps» or goes down, I need a reliable technician. Someone I can reach at virtually any time, who who I know at least will get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Someone who if I describe a problem will know what it is and how to fix it. Someone who can apply the fix, often remotely, and do so within hours. And lastly, someone who is fair and competitive in his pricing. If your situationist is anywhere near like mine, please take this recommendation seriously. That technician is David Lambros of Lambros Computer Solutions. If you are within 30 – 40 miles of his«shop», that’s good, but necessary only if you have a physical computer you need attention with. There’s a better chance that you may have an office and need network support, in which case he will come to you, but regardless of where you are, there’s a 50 – 50 chance your problem can be solved by remote tools. It’s without any hesitation we recommend David, and this is based on experience in being the lucky person to have found him and have him work on my most important business tool. Sincerely, Joseph V Leech, owner

David did a great job. He was prompt to meet up with us to take our computer and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was professional, helpful and affordable. I will keep his information handy for any future computer problems!
