Went to see Wil on the recommendation of someone from TJ Maxx. What a great find. I needed a lobster claw replaced on a gold necklace. Wil had it fixed at the time he promised, within 24 hours of my dropping it off. He replaced it with a larger claw and it ended up costing me less than he quoted me when I dropped it off. It came back to me restored and polished like new. I’m a very happy customer.
