Running one or two copies… then this is the place for you. If you actually have a professional job and you want them to NOT DO IT ON TIME, then this is the place for you too.
I’m not talking about missing a window by a few minutes, I mean not even starting a massive job until the time it is suppose to be completed. This Kinko’s cost me an entire day’s work. We could not have been more clear when submitting this order in person. Horhay assured me the job would be 100% finished at 6am. I told him I would be by on my way out of town at 7:30am just in case. When I arrived at 7:45 they had just started the job! Horhay saw me come in and hid at the back of the room, even when the poor guy (Omalie) helping me went back to ask what was happening. To make things worse, the manager Brian hid back there with him. Neither bothered to come out and see what they could do to help.
I was trying to calm down and tell myself that sometimes things just happen, and then I heard a second customer actually yelling. They did the exact same thing to him and he was furious, shouting that they caused him to miss ANOTHER work day. After he walked out the lady (Linda) shrugged her shoulders with a look on her face like it was the customer who was the problem.
To be very clear, we discussed in detail the urgency of having this order finished on time. They 100% knew I would be totally screwed if they did not have this order finished on time and that it would take hours to complete. They had a full day and a full night to complete this job on time and they committed to a date and a time for pick up. They failed miserably and thought nothing of it. It just didn’t matter at all.
So what do you do when you receive horrible service? You spend your 2 hours waiting for the worthless Fed-X/Kinko’s store to complete your job, pray they do it right, and you post your warning on Unilocal to help others, and then you send a complaint to their corporate office. I’m half way there. I have the Unilocal written, I’ve made up a better name for their company (FedX Stinko’s) and now it’s time to contact the corporate office. I know they won’t give a rip, but I’ll feel better knowing I’ve done everything I can to warn others.
